Totally Reliable! Friendly, generous, trustworthy, able.

I give 1 star because my new unit was installed last year, paid over $4,000.00 and it’s broken already. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS “COMPANY”.

Terrible customer service & the unit was not put in properly. We will have to take our business elsewhere to be treated fairly & have the job done correct, unfortunately. We informed him of the issues, came right out and spent 20 minutes in total (we have cameras) at our residence & never knocked on our door to let us know he was done, never returned our call/voice mail- The guy just doesn’t communicate & that’s tough to deal with AS A PAYING CUSTOMER.

Trust me when I say, do not give your business to the first person that can come to your residence. We went here for quick service & we are back to square one the very next summer. Take your business somewhere else for a professional job done right- DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS PERSON- You will regret it.

We had a plumbing semi-emergency today. Ron responded very quickly. He was very pleasant and his charges were very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Mr. Talbot knows how to repair or replace my heating system.

The technician, Mike, came to look at our brand new system that stopped working over the weekend. He was knowledgeable and efficient and had things back up and running in no time. He also took the time to show me exactly what was going on and explain the issue as well as answer any questions I had.

Mike B was very knowledgeable, and he answered all of my questions about how best to maintain my heating and cooling system. I would recommend him for maintenance work to anyone with a Mitsubishi heating/cooling system.

All of my questions have always been clearly answered with patience. From the office personnel to the each technician has been efficient and delightful. Mike Burns has performed my biannual maintenance and I've found him competent and very friendly. I HIGHLY recommend this business for all of your HVAC needs and concerns.

Peter is a great guy, always professional when he comes for routine maintenance of our heating and cooling system. He is very knowledgeable about what is going on with the system.

Riley & Kevin were terrific and charming when installing the HVAC. They were efficient, on time, and organized. They left the area clean as it was they went over any questions. Mini split and whole house dehumidification system.

Nothing is worse than a malfunctioning ac unit in the summer. The Morris website was easy to use. I simply dropped the model number and error code into the chat and made an appointment. They sent Alex H, who ended up being able to come even sooner than I expected. He was polite, knowledgeable, and he was able to get things running in no time. Highly recommend this outfit. The price is fair for the peace of mind you get knowing it will be done right.

I have been using Morris Plumbing Heating and Air for almost 15 years and am very happy with their products and service. Their heating/hvac maintenance plan keeps my heating and a/c working efficiently. I recently had their tech Pete arrive. He was great. On time, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He did a great job and made a few helpful suggestions. I have used their plumbing services with excellent results as well. They have a great office staff that respond quickly and understand the business. I highly recommend them.

Our ac made a very loud noise from the condenser after hours. I was anxious as the ac would not shut off. I called Morris for advice and the on call person put my fears to rest. I was called early morning from the office to say a technician would be at our home between 10 and 12. Mike Burns arrived around 11 am and repaired our aging system. PHEW! He explained the problem so I understood why the connector did not work. Mike replaced it, and I am impressed with this company. They value their customers.

The technician Mike from Morris was incredibly gracious, helpful, and informative. He recommended some household items to use to reduce mold build up and keep the air clean. I felt very comfortable to talk with him and he helped me to understand how my heating/cooling system worked. Thank you Mike, my wife and I greatly appreciate your service. I've been on the 2x per year maintenance plan for years and it works out great. My technician Peter Randazzo is thorough, knowledgeable, and keeps the system at A+. I would highly recommend.
