I have had the Red Team from The Maids coming to clean my home for the past four years and I could not be happier. They are the most lovely women who do absolutely excellent work. They are kind, friendly and efficient. With two kids and two dogs it’s difficult to keep up cleaning on my own so it is the most wonderful feeling to walk back into my freshly cleaned home after every visit from the Red team of The Maids of Boston.

I live in an apartment and it had gotten quite messy, especially since I have a pet. I was initially hesitant to get any help because I was afraid of being judged or having to pay a very hefty fee, but The Maids did a great job, with no sense of judgement, and were able to do it at a reasonable price too.

After this first cleaning, I have scheduled regular visits for them to come and help ensure the apartment stays as spotless as it is now.

They do a great job and we feel spoiled having them come every 4 weeks, especially after the initial deep cleaning-- it was soooo nice to come home to a fresh and sparkling house when we work so hard and the world can feel so dark and chaotic. The Blue Team is friendly, professional, and very sweet with my cat 😺

Excellent work - far, far, far surpassed my expectations. Got every nook and cranny, and amazing job on the appliances. They even cleaned the inside of our daughter's toy box! The Red Team at the Maids have been my life savers for the past couple of years, and I truly don't know how I would get by without them. The best! They do such a good job-- every surface is dusted, the floors shine, the bathroom and kitchen are spotless. And they are very good with my cats! Our place is a challenge, to put it mildly,, with too much stuff and only one able bodied resident. Before these wonderful folks started cleaning our place every other week, I felt like I never had time to do anything except work and clean. They gave me hours of my life back, and they do a much better job of cleaning than I ever could. And they're great, happy people to boot.

The administrative team has excellent communication - we receive text reminders for when we are on the schedule, plus a text when the team is en route. The admin team is awesome about accommodating schedule changes.

The Red Team is tremendous! Arrive on time, move through the house so quickly and do a great job. My wife took a lot of convincing to agree to getting the Maids in here. The Maids are extremely professional and efficient. The same team comes every week and they are very thorough while getting the cleaning done quickly. They are also extremely accommodating (e.g. tackling certain parts of the home first to prevent waking a sleeping baby). The team is very friendly and respectful. They do an excellent job and are responsive to emails/calls any time I reach out. Highly recommend!

My husband and I love the Green Team from The Maids. We have used their service for several years. The green team does an outstanding job, everyone is so pleasant, and our house looks great. It feels like magic to leave for a few hours and return to sparking bathrooms, shiny floors and a fresh clean house. Can't recommend them enough!
