Consistently fantastic service and a very friendly cleaning team (Team Purple!). Diligent, thorough cleaning that makes it a joy to come home to.

They did a phenomenal job cleaning, very nice as well. They got into details I didn't expect, and pleasantly surprised by. Very thorough job, especially for the prices they offer. My parents hire through them as well and that's what incentivised me to try a cleaning. Very satisfied and excellent work done! Can't wait to continue working with them for monthly cleans going forward! I would highly recommend The Maids for regular or one off cleaning services.

UPDATE 11/20/25: I want to update my review to say I have been using the Yellow Team for almost a year now! THEY ARE INCREDIBLE. Genuinely every time I know they’re coming I am excited not only because they are kind and personable, not only because they are understanding and flexible with my sometimes messy or cluttered home, but because they leave my space spotless EVERY time. I never have to worry something will be overlooked or forgotten. A spill in the oven? Fixed. A stain in the microwave? Fixed. A trickery new comforter I struggle to put on by myself? Clean and pressed. And thats nothing to say to the attention to detail to basic cleaning. My couch is fluffed my counters are spotless. And my many allergies are so much better after! Thank you Yellow team for your tireless efforts!!!!!

This month has been pretty hectic and admittedly my home really needed attention, but the Blue Team staff was understanding and my space is now clean and shiny! They did amazing work and are great working around pets!

The Maids are great! Love the Red Team. They're very friendly and super fast! In and out of my 2 bedroom in an hour. They were so thorough, vacuuming my ceilings and walls for any stray cobwebs or dust. Made me love them so much more :D

First time cleaning with service . The purple team showed up in full force with a crew of 5 of 6 which was a surprise as i have a small condo . But the efficiency and speed at which the team worked was impressive . There is not a speck of dust or cat hair after the job was done ! Ángela, Rosa, Altagracia and Miguelina (Yellow Team) have been absolutely wonderful. We have elderly people in our family with many unusual needs concerning infection, allergies and cleaning requirements. The team have been very understanding and terrific in always going the extra mile to do things the way we ask. And they are a delight to work with. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
