I am beyond thrilled with the Clean Team’s results. I have five grandchildren and my sectional and couches had lollipops, popsicle and all kinds of stains. Now they’re are as clean as new!! Thank you, Clean Team!!

the clean team has always come through for us, we had rugs cleaned at their facility and they came out really nice.

Great job, very pleasant gentleman arrived on time, walked through the several jobs and got right to work. My tired, dingy stair carpet looks great, as does the walk area in my gold wall to wall. A pet stain was also treated and came out better than I had hoped.

Needed to have a sectional cleaned and saw their advertisement in The Pine Hills “Stroll Magazine”. Eric was professional, courteous and did an exceptional thorough cleaning of my white sectional piece. I was very pleased with the end result and will definitely call them again.

Had several services done, none were satisfactory. Deep clean on kitchen counter and back splash, looked slightly brighter. Wood floors, looked no different, marble tile floor with water stains , no improvement

Outstanding service and exceptionally friendly and competent owners. They did great job with my large, fluffy rug soiled by my toddler. They also helped me with unloading and loading it back into my car. The rug looks and smells brand new.

We used this company to clean the carpet of our recently passed Mother's home. They did the requested work on time and we paid them within 30 days of receiving their bill. Seven months later we got several increasingly rude phone calls demanding that we pay their bill. We explained that it was paid in July on time. We had already closed our mother's checking account so we didn't have online access to the checking account. They took us to claims court. We had to drive 3 hours to the nearest branch of her bank to get a copy of the cleared check which Loftus had already cashed months earlier for the full amount of the bill.
After numerous unanswered emails and phone calls, Loftus finally realized they had made a bookkeeping error and cancelled the claim. We requested an apology from them and never heard back.
Incredibly rude and unprofessional. Do not use them.

After a very nasty muddy March I brought my Company C rugs in again this year. (Been going there for years) I think the rugs were exceptional dirty this year and was not sure how they would come out. They look like new. Even my friend visiting commented on how bright they looked! Great staff, very friendly and kind. Thanks all!!

Great Job!! I had two area rugs, 2 sofas and 2 chairs cleaned and they came out wonderful! Ray really took pride in his work and made sure that everything was perfect.. I had forgotten to ask to have my stairs done, and Ray said he would clean them if he had time. Well he did clean them and I just couldn't be happier.
