To recap what he and his team did:
Before: Large boulders for retaining walls without backfill, allowing soil to flow thru during rains; Ground sloped toward the house, making back yard mucky after rains; Two nonfunctional half retaining walls; Dinky 11x11 patio with pavers placed on incorrectly installed base

After: Interlok block wall system with correct backfill and drainage system - diverting water away from house; Ground regraded, allowing for slope AWAY from house; Now only TWO retaining walls, allowing for MUCH MORE ROOM!; New Interlok paver system with corrected base - much larger patio for get togethers!!!!

John, Lance, Pam and team are always professional and Lance's work is fantastic. He leaves the place neater than he found it. Will use them for all future landscaping needs.

I recently had to have my main sewage line replaced. Because of the lack of sewage on my road, the line ran more than 100 feet across my neighbor's yard to the main road. I had to have my neighbor's entire front yard excavated and the line replaced. After the excavation was finished and the pipe was laid, I hired Well Done Landscapes to level off the yard an replant the lawn. The work was completed quickly and professionally with respect to all the issues that may arise when one has to completely ruin their neighbor's yard. Both my neighbor and myself are very pleased with the courtesy shown by John and his crew and with the outcome of the project.

It is with great pleasure that I write this review for Well Done Landscapes LLC. John and his team of masons and landscapers did a phenomenal job rejuvenating our front yard with new plants and bushes well suited for our sandy New England soil and created our dream stone patio with fire pit to complement our back yard. I was super impressed with all of the interactions we had, from our initial meeting to discuss the work, to getting the quote, and all of the phases in-between - to completion of the project. Our house was built in 1949 and the previous owners did very little updating which presented some unforeseen challenges along the way. John and his team communicated as things surfaced and offered solutions for the challenges. I always felt like not only our best interests were the driving force, but the overall health of my house and land was taken into account. John sets high standards for all of his workers and it’s evident in the team’s work ethic.
Huge shot out to Tom who was an absolute joy, we learned so much from him!
Several of my neighbors took time out of their day to comment on how friendly and hard working all of the workers were and how much they loved the final product.

I originally met John when I needed my gutters cleaned. John and his crew provided landscape services, as promised, on a cold rain/snow day in order to get my home curb appeal ready for sale. They did a great job and I highly recommend Well Done Landscapes.

I have 4 disabled children and our brick front stairs and asphalt walkway was falling apart. John met with us and listened to what we needed and then showed us options that fit our needs and our budget. The crew was great and the finished product was gorgeous and done within the alloted time table given. I highly recommend!

The owner and his crew were professional efficient and timely in quoting the job and working n completing the agreed upon work. They also went beyond the proposed plan when I asked for some additional work to be done which was minor for them but would have taken significant effort on my part. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know looking for landscaping work to be done.

I had my lawn maintenance done this year for the first time by Well Done Landscaping. It never looked so good. The owner met with me before starting the season to assess and give me options for care of my lawn. Then at the end of the season, he came to my door to ask how I liked his service. I will use his service again next year.

Our new patio, walkway, and steps came out absolutely stunning. It is better than I evened envisioned it would be. John has a true talent and passion for what he does. Had our front patio installed 5 years ago this week! It still looks as good as the day it was put in. Water drains as it should and everything is still level with no cracking of anything. John and his team did an awesome job building our patio to last. Also all of the new plantings they put in have all survived and come back beautifully every year. Thanks again John!
