John and his employees are great at what they do. I'm thrilled with the final product and the communication during the project! I'm especially happy with the communication from Nick and Lance and I was glad to have them on my property!

My only complaint is not enough to take a star off, but I do wish there was a bit more communication about when the project would start.

I do want to emphasize that this one complaint is not enough to outweigh all the positives which makes this a 5/5 start review!

Well Done Landscaping exceeded our expectations! Let’s start by saying the communication from start to finish was superb. Nick was thorough and kept us updated daily on the progress of the project. Our walkway and granite stairs look absolutely phenomenal. We already have another project in mind for next spring and they will be our go to person without hesitation.

We are extremely happy with the work that Well Done Landscapes provided. During the entire process the team was great at communicating and very professional. We encountered problems in the start of our project and John quickly came up with a solution. We look forward to having more work done in the future and would definitely recommend their service to anyone!

We were very impressed with the final result of our Patio build by the team at Well Done Landscapes. John and Pam were great at designing a prop that fit our needs perfectly. After seeing the finished product, it’s easy to understand why they’re so booked up. Nick, the foreman, and his crew were very professional and always took the time to recap the day with us while on site, taking the time to answer any of our questions. They also did an excellent job cleaning up the job site on the last day, even replacing sod and reseeding any damaged turf. We will certainly be considering using Well Done Landscapes for any future projects we may have.

Well Done Landscapes did a fantastic job covering our ugly concrete retaining walls & stairs ...and replaced our failing asphalt walkway. John had the idea to use masonry veneer panels over the existing concrete wall vs replacing the wall and starting from scratch. The end result is even better than we imagined. The team really does take pride in their work and it shows. They kept the work area very neat and organized and communicated with us every step of the way. Well Done Landscapes Company and owner John Rocharz IV, did an amazing job on my cleaning, weeding, edging and mulching the numerous beds around my house and yard. I definitely could not have done it on my own. John, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. They were punctual, courteous, and incredibly hardworking, even on the hottest days. Their attention to detail and meticulous site cleanup each day was particularly impressive.
