Great work. On time and yard was cleaned up. Fellows were friendly. Was awesome to watch trees be removed. Fair pricing. Highly recommend.

Had some massive leaf piles removed. Ike and his employee got it all done in around a half an hour. Great price and quick service. Highly recommended.

Had a very large tree in a precarious position and Ike was out within 30 minutes to look at it. He gave an honest assessment that a crane was needed, which he had over in short order and they took care of the tree about an hour after getting there. Pricing was fair. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I had several tall pines removed from my property, which is on a hill and has very little flat land. Other companies wanted to use massive cranes (and charge extra for that). Kilbourn was able to get all the pines down by hand, without damaging any of the lawn, and for a much more affordable price. They were very professional and added me to the schedule right away. It is very clear they are expert tree removers!

10 out of 10 recommend Kilbourn Corp for any tree work. We have already used them twice, and will be using them again in the future. Reasonable prices, fast response times and extremely nice employees. Everyone that we dealt with was so friendly, even taking the time to say hi to our 2 year old son. The owner Ike is very nice, and does a great job overseeing everything, he even was up in the bucket truck with our last job.

The crew and Ike are also very flexible on the job, willing to cut down additional trees, branches etc as well as even throw some additional brush in the chipper.

Truly amazing work! These guys came in super quick, priced right and all around incredible work. I recommend them to anyone and will be using them for future work!

I also want to add, the tree work was not straightforward as I live fairly deep in the woods and power lines were involved, perfect work!

we have Kate bi weekly. She is just the best! She is punctual professional and a very nice person. We enjoying talking when she’s here. We share stories, she’s always interested in our parylized frenchie. She is so sweet and responsive to her🐾♥️ . She is also a very conscientious cleaning tech. Kate always pays attention to details. She’s always going above , she does things like straightening out my huge bookcase overflowing with books. It’s always something. Even the little things I walk around the house and see after she’s been here. She is wonderful.

Ceara was amazing. She left our house sparkling clean. You could tell she cares about her work and takes pride in it. She responds to any notes with special instructions promptly and thoroughly. If she has questions about anything she reaches out.

I have been using The Cleaning Advantage service for many years, and have always been pleased with employees sent to clean my house. The personnel are bright and efficient in their work.

Wasnt very impressed. Our house was very organized before two girls arrived, with hopes they could really perform a deep clean. For example, we had just finished a renovation in the upstairs bathroom and we hadn’t put the shower curtain back up, there were no soaps or toilet paper, absolutely nothing was put back in the bathroom and they didn’t even clean under the vanity nor wipe down the blinds. We’re not even sure they washed the floor. As for the rest of the house same story. They didn’t get under TV stand, or under the couch, or in between laundry baskets in the laundry room. For $500 which is more expensive then other companies this was not worth it and I’m really disappointed as I found myself cleaning areas after they left. Owner offered to send staff back to clean areas I wasn’t happy with but I’m no longer interested in working with a crew that couldn’t get it right with open organized spaces.

Olivia does an Amazing job! My home looks and smells great. She even deals with the fur children watching her, cat must supervise. I would recommend her and this company to anyone in search or need.

“Clean the house day” is my favorite day of the week! Stephanie is so sweet and very professional. She always does a wonderful job cleaning. I love that she folds my towels and toilet paper like those in a hotel :-)

Karen and her team are outstanding. We've been using their service for several years, and the communication, quality of work, and responsiveness to special needs have always been top notch. I've often run into the cleaning team(s) when working from home, etc -- they're consistently friendly, helpful, and honest.

After trying a couple of cleaning people, I found TCA about a year and a half ago. Hiring them is one of the best decisions I have ever made. After an initial evaluation with Karen, she decided Brenda would be a good fit, and she sure is! She comes every other week, and is friendly, professional, and hardworking. She ALWAYS leaves my home spotless.
