I have had cleaners off and on over the years and a newer customer to The Cleaning Advantage. They are a terrific company. Karen is very responsive and helpful, and our cleaner Randi is quick, thorough, and always leaves my house looking great. Thank you Randi and Karen!

This is the second time I’ve used The Cleaning Advantage. The first time I’ve used them was when I moved to my new apartment. They did a terrific job and I decided to call them again.
This time, my apartment looked worse than when I moved in. But this company cleaned it and made it look great again.
One of the things that I truly appreciate is that they are always on time. They said they will be at my door at 9:30 and they kept their word. Will certainly use them again, when my apartment will be a disaster (that's a certain thing).

I contacted Karen right before I had elbow surgery and knew that I needed help with my home. She responded promptly and we set up the service to start immediately. My cleaning professional is Sharay and she is a delightful person. Sweet and hard working. I enjoy seeing her every other week. I was so happy with her service that I recommended it to friends of ours. They now have Sharay and are very pleased. My elbow is healed but I am keeping this service as it is wonderful. Thank you Sharay and Karen.

We love Tiffany, who does a beautiful job cleaning for us every two weeks. She is prompt and professional, works very hard and has a lovely, gentle demeanor. It is always so uplifting to see how thoroughly she has cleaned and cared for our home!

We started with a deep cleaning of our home and now have a bi-weekly cleaning. They do a fantastic job and we can’t say enough about how much we love this service. They’re courteous, professional, and always greet us with a smile. A few times we were still trying to get the kids out the door to school when they showed up and they were more than accommodating. I regularly recommend this service to my friends in the local area.

If not in a hurry to get the cleaning done and looking to have easier tasks, like a dusting and vacuuming, they are good. Deep cleaning is not that deep, even with additional paid cleaning items, much of the detailed cleaning gets over looked. For example, backsplash is included with deep cleaning, but when I wiped the backsplash right after the cleaning, gray black water was running down; some cabinet front was still dirty and some areas still had dust to the touch. It's not bad, in general its clean, but there is definitely some inconsistency from spot to spot. Carpet was clean and countertops were shiny though.

I'm very impressed with this company. Very professional and the owner is extremely attentive. Reasonably priced for great service.
Our house cleaner, Ray is awesome! I got to meet her this week and she was so spot on, efficient and effective at her job. I do bi-weekly cleanings and may bump it to weekly down the road.

Our house cleaner, Chelsea, is excellent. She is friendly and kind, and does a thorough job with our home. She arrives on time and as scheduled, and we totally trust her and the company. It is evident that she works hard and we are glad to have her and to work with The Cleaning Advantage.

Absolutely loving the experience, my cleaner Briana has been doing an excellent job, my house is always cleaned to perfection, I lost electricity once came home to find not only it cleaned but my clocks were reset to the right times and my sink which has been clogged to also be fixed. Overall I have had a few cleaning services as I have moved around but the cleaning I get here has been nothing short of exceptional. I always come home feeling so happy after getting a cleaning from here.

Our kitchen and bathrooms needed a deep cleaning. My Wife and I we're amazed when we saw the end results from these two ladies, (Amanda and Crystal) that came over to our house to clean. They we're very professional, upbeat and in general, very nice people. Our bathrooms and kitchen we're so very bright, clean, and almost looking like new! We can't wait for these two great workers to come back over to clean our living room/dining room walls.

Had my first cleaning done by Cleaning Advantage. Brenda was punctual and did an excellent job. Very thorough. It's also reassuring to know that you're dealing with a professional company with bonded and insured workers and not someone with a mop and vac out moonlighting. They will be my regular cleaning service now.

What a wonderful surprise to find out that a friend recommended me to a program called, Cleaning For a Reason, and then to immediately hear from The Cleaning Advantage Inc. with headquarters in the next town over!! Cleaning For a Reason helps women battling cancer offering them (2) free house cleanings from a cleaning service near where the woman lives. I am so blessed to have received those (2) cleanings from delightful people working for The Cleaning Advantage. They did a great job while I continued to recuperate while not being able to lift anything, vacuum, or even drive! I can't thank you enough for the wonderful experience. I am highly recommending this program as well as this great company! <3

I have been using the Cleaning Advantage for years now. And my cleaning gal, Stephanie, is great. She comes every two weeks. And the day of my appointment, I don't think that my house is that dirty until I see it when she's all done...the house is just sparkling clean and seems so much brighter and lighter. I just love it.

I've had Brenda cleaning for me for 8 years now. She is amazing. Professional, positive always a smile and great attitude. Her cleaning detailed. I started using The Cleaning Advantage about 3 years ago (April 2017), first with a deep cleaning. We had just moved into our house and I was pregnant and wanted to bring our new baby home to a clean house.
That turned into a bi-weekly cleaning service of selected rooms and services, which helped this new mom tremendously. Since then, there's been a second baby and a rag tag team of pets we've been sitting for family members. Tiffany is great with both, handles my MILs anxious & loud (but sweet) giant black lab wonderfully, and likes our dog (even when he steals her cleaning cloths). Once I left a note when I was completely overwhelmed with a toddler and a 7 month pregnant belly apologizing for our mound of dirty dishes (not in the cleaning contract, nor should it be!) I came home to a clean sink and cried - Tiffany is amazing!
Karen is always communicative, proactive, & very flexible with scheduling due to holidays, snow days, etc.
Our house never smells like chemicals, only clean. Love coming home in Tuesdays, even my daughter notices and says something

Prior to listing our house, we hired the deep cleaning services. 2 person crew was fantastic - literally cleaned top to bottom, ceiling to floor and all in between. Very personable and responsive to questions. And they finished with time to spare before the 1st customer came to view house. Everyone has commented on how clean and refreshing the house looked after the deep clean. Although we will not need another deep clean, we expect to use their services for a final touch up clean prior to closing. Highly recommended.

We have been using the Cleaning Advantage for house cleaning every other week for about 3 months now. The crew that comes each time is fantastic. They are polite, efficient, and reliable. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for either a one time cleaning or a consistent cleaning schedule.

I find the rates to be reasonable and competitive with other similar companies out there. Our most regular cleaner is Hannah. She has a great personality, and always leaves our home sparkling clean and smelling fresh.

She does a beautiful job cleaning, and, even more importantly from my perspective, is a pleasure to have in my home. I trust her completely with my home and belongings, and my pets.
