Emerald HVAC

Emerald HVAC is a example of great service . They came back when asked within a hour to handle an issue . They were on time when they said would arrive and were very courteous. I would highly recommend them and already have to family and friends.

I came home to my condo in Boston the evening of July 12th and the temperature inside had moved up to 86 degrees. The electric breaker had been tripped. We were at the beginning of an intense heat wave and the temp in my unit climbed to 96 degrees. I called my HVAC tech and he never called me back. I went on Angi and requested that HVACs contact me. George from Emerald was the only one that picked up the phone to check in on what the problem was. He scheduled a tech visit on Tuesday, 7/16 and the tech determined, after. a few hours of testing, that the condenser and electrical components of the outside unit had failed. The only solution was a new unit. George ordered and the new unit was delivered early Friday morning, 7/18. George had to carefully order the replacement unit so that it fit the existing duct work and unit footings. By 3:00 pm on Friday, 7/18, Jose and an assistant had installed and tested the new unit. Everything was prepped and tested and the new unit was working well. Jose did a great job installing and preparing the system. I’m very pleased with the work and I believe the price was very fair. I highly recommend Emerald HVAC.

Emerald HVAC saved us in the middle of a heat wave! Our A/C was flooding, and after calling a few companies for help, Emerald was the only one who could get to us quickly. José did a great job on what turned out to be a minor issue. He showed me what was wrong and also replaced a water sensor (which had failed to shut the unit off before overflowing and leaking into the floor). We had our A/C back in working condition in less than 24 hours. Thank you!
