I needed my tub unclogged. Joseph was very polite, informative, letting me know everything he was doing, efficient, he was able to unclog in an hour. He had to suction out what I had put in first and then snake it. He showed me that the stopper had broken and logged in my pipe. He gave future recommendations and left my bathroom as clean as he found it.
I am very satisfied with the professionalism and personable quality of this service.

Tech was very good and knowledgeable! I believe his name was Josh or Joshua but he was amazing… really showed me and explained everything he was doing… cleaned up after himself…I would definitely request for his services again if I have any other problems..

To be perfectly frank, we only went with RotoRooter because we had a raw sewage emergency over the Thanksgiving holiday and figured a large company would be the only way we could get same-day service on a holiday. But we were very pleasantly surprised, in that the RR service people (particularly Jon and Chris) were astonishingly efficient, a pleasure to deal with, and coordinated the demo and cleanup like a well-oiled machine. Start to finish, it took only about four days (not counting drying time after the cleaning), and they were in communication multiple times a day letting me know exactly where things stood, what my options were, and how to save money. They even sorted through contaminated bags item-by-item to ensure that no important or sentimental items were discarded unless they were entirely unsalvageable (I would have lost my daughter’s baby bracelet if not for their keen eyes).

I still prefer to use local small businesses, just as an ideological matter, but I would happily recommend the Marlboro RotoRooter staff and technicians to anyone, and would call them again in a heartbeat for an issue of this scale and complexity.

Toilet was clogged and leaking and water backed up into the tub. Danny came out and was so respectful and courteous of our space. He was able to find the problem and fix it. Everything was done quickly and he left my bathroom cleaner than he found it! Would 100% recommend using this company. And if I were you I’d ask for Danny!

I’ve had about five plumbers do work on my property but this was the the nastiest job and I’m glad I chose these guys… Van my plumber was great! Came by at 11 pm for my
Emergency. Was professional, kept it to the point and simple told me the possible problems the solutions as well as the cost and took care of the problem quickly. Definitely would recommend them!

Technician came out to unclog my tubs. There was an unforeseen accident that prevented him from completing the work and figuring out the issue. He called other techs to help and realized that it would take another day. Kevin was responsive, considerate, and good natured throughout and went out of his way to reassure me. He called his manager who kept me informed and came out the second day to fix the issue. The technicians were all extremely professional and courteous.

The technician was polite and efficient. He explained the issue and he was able to fix the problem with my kitchen sink drain quickly.

Kevin was incredibly awesome!! He was here on time, very friendly, explained everything he was doing. He even managed to get the restoration resource to come to my house the same day for estimates. Kevin is an absolute value-added member of your team!!!

I had issues with dispatch not being clear on arrival time. Waited 2 hours longer than initially told. Once the tech arrived he was great! He explained (from a safe distance) what he would be doing. He made me aware of what he found to be the problem ( tree roots). He told me of what he recommended to take care of the issue. He cleaned and sanitized everything. He told me he would leave nothing behind. We joked about the bill. Haha. He did a fantastic job and even though I waited longer than initially told, he made me happy that I called Roto Rooter.

Came out to our apartment same day with in a couple hours of calling fixed both our toilet and shower drain. Josh was absolutely amazing. He did the job professionally and in a timely manner. We highly recommend them!

Joseph was fantastic. Our clogged pipes really became apparent after 5pm so our call for service was late. He arrived very late in the evening and worked so hard to get things working for us. He knew that we had sleeping kids and did his best to stay quiet walking up and down the halls of the house. He was knowledgeable and thorough and kept us informed every step of the way. We are so thankful that he was able to get our problem fixed with just one visit and I hope he was able to get home and get some rest. I cannot thank you guys enough for getting everything running for us again!!!!!!!

Ethan (4592) was very professional, honest and responsive. He came to my house for the estimate, gave me several options and encouraged me to make the best economic decision rather than going the most expensive way. When the water heater is ready, he's flexible and we quickly set up the installation for the next day. He and his partner did an excellent job for the installation, quick and clean. It's a really nice experience working with him. Would definitely do business again!

Called for an emergency service to get my toilet fixed. The pipes were clogged, and our service technician was Kevin.

Kevin performed an excellent job and is a shining example of customer service and his skills at fixing the issue were above and beyond. He fixed the issue without a problem and he did an excellent job!

We had the best experience. We were able to get an appointment very quickly. The representative Dionisius was so friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience.

Very happy with our experience with Roto Rooter - Leominster. They arrived within the expected timeframe and worked efficiently and quickly to solve our sewer line issue. The two techs Alex and Mike were very helpful, they took the time to explain what they were doing as well as my options while also being transparent about the estimates. Bonus points - they got it all done in snow - I was impressed!

Excellent, They called 1/2 ahead to let us know plumber was on the way. Arrived on time reviewed issued and explained their cost and process. Began work and thankfully for our situation, it was able to be resolved within an hour.
Danny was excellent, cleaned everything up. He was very professional. Would not hesitate to use again, hopefully will not have too but if that is the case, will make the call.

We had a friendly and productive experience with Adam and Damian from Roto-Rooter taking put our leaking water heater and replacing it with a brand new one and what a beautiful job and so pleasant to talk with. Answered all our questions with no hesitations and explained everything that needed explaining . Very helpful and very effiecient. I would recommend these two for any job.
