We have used Frank's services twice at our Lexington home. Could't be happier with the work he has done for us. He's easy to work with, gives great advice and the work is always excellent. Can't recommend him enough.

Frank recently upgraded our electrical service to 200 amps, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The project was not pretty to say the least, but Frank handled it with ease and the finished result looks immaculate. We’ve already received multiple comments on the neatness and professional look of the job.

Frank was great to work with. He is personable and communicated quickly with a fair price. He was helpful in discussing our options and we trusted his assessment. It was refreshing to find someone who genuinely cared and followed through from start to finish.

We highly recommend Frank as a skilled electrician, and plan to work with him for any future needs or home improvements.

Frank O’Reilly saved me from an unnecessary service call! I had an alarm detector beeping once every minute. Stupid me thought it was the hardwired alarm and that it needed to be replaced. Desperate to keep myself from going insane, I called a couple electricians, Frank O’Reilly being one of them. I left a voicemail for Frank, but went with the electrician that picked up the phone and scheduled them to come out the next day. Frank texted me about the issue soon after my call. I let him know that I already scheduled someone else, and he still asked me questions about the issue. He requested I send him a picture of the alarm. When I did and described the problem, he said it wouldn’t be that alarm and asked if there was another alarm in the room. My wife remembered there was (it was obstructed from my view, hidden by a shelf). It was a plugin CO detector that was beeping needing a new battery backup. The kicker was when I told Frank we found the alarm, he asked if it was a plugin CO detector. The guy knows his stuff!

I was able to cancel the other electrician. He saved me from the cost of a service call, which isn’t cheap nowadays. What Frank doesn’t know is that I lost my job and money is tight, so he helped me more than he really knew.

Next time I need an electrician, I’m calling Frank O’Reilly!

Frank was excellent and he responded to our call within a few hours. He came the same day to determine the cause of our electrical problem and was able to solve our issues that same day! He is professional, personable and understanding. He explains things clearly and we can give him our highest recommendation.
