We had several areas created and updated by Premier Pavers - a new patio designed for an oddly shaped area in our backyard; a rebuild of an old bumpy walkway and new stairs for better safety; and a new niche carve out in the middle of a retaining wall next to the driveway to store our trash cans. We had a hard time forming all of our ideas but knew we wanted improvements in each of these areas. Ian met with us over several in-person sessions to understand our wish list and to brainstorm and sketch out the options. His vision for the space set our ideas into realistic plans for our budget.

The patio, stairs, walkway and side niche all turned out beautifully - the team did excellent work and they were a pleasure to have around for the short time they were here. My 5yo daughter and I enjoyed sitting by the window every day to watch them work- we always said, “it’s better than watching a movie!” My daughter also says the new niche next to the driveway is too beautiful for trash cans.. she says it’s her playhouse now!

The overall experience exceeded our expectations- we will use them again for future projects.

Premier sales and installation professionals worked closely with our 3-unit condo association to design and. Install our permeable drive. The design is simple and attractive. When we discovered a small issue, it was resolved quickly.

I called Premier Paver to get an estimate/hopefully build a patio based on their many high star reviews on google. Unfortunately, I can’t give the same. I was told I would get a call back within 1-2 days regarding setting up an estimate, but 5 days later I finally heard from Dan (no problem, I understand schedules are busy). He told me he could come see my property in two days at 10am to give me an estimate and could even most likely do the job in 1-2 weeks time. I was very excited because I thought this project would have to wait until the spring since it’s already halfway through September. I work night shift so 10am isn’t an ideal time, but I stayed awake because I was really interested in this company. Dan never showed up. He never called. I waited OVER an hour before I called him, and all I got was his voicemail. Highly unprofessional in my opinion and I didn’t even get any work done by this company. Would not recommend based on lack of communication, timing, and professionalism.

This firm was recommended by our painting company and we grateful for that. We have a 110' driveway that slopes gently downward. At our request they dug out the bottom 60 or 70 feet for drainage (we have essentially a drywell at our city sidewalk that is 4' deep. It works well to keep water off the driveway and the sidewalk.
The working crew was great and reset some of the sidewalk to get rid of the humps and valleys.

Premier Pavers was fantastic to work with and they did exceptional quality work. They installed permeable pavers on the part of our driveway nearest the garage, and also installed a walkway using permeable pavers. The permeable pavers lived up to their promise and our driveway no longer puddles near the garage when it rains. Jason was a delight to work with. We enthusiastically recommend Premier Pavers.

We really enjoyed working with Billy! He was such a pleasure and listened to our needs. Our job was around 10K for a patio and new front steps. We were not charged extra for the additional modifications we needed at the end, to make to make the retaining wall look better where it met the grass.

The flagstones were looking tired. Moss, grass and lichen between the stones was a recurring problem. Premier replaced them with a harder and, hopefully more durable stone. The gaps between the flagstones are kept to a minimum and three years later there is no sign of grass or lichen. The new patio surface is much more even and we are quite pleased over all. One problem that we seem unable to solve, is the small ant hills that appear almost daily along the seams in the flagstones. Otherwise, the results are very satisfactory.

We've used Premier on 3 different projects: granite cobble driveway & walkway with reclaimed granite steps; two large benches in granite and fieldstone; front entry path and landing in granite and fieldstone. We had the same 2-3 man crew each time, they are super hardworking and productive. They have also returned to make corrections and work hard to get it right for us.
I'd say the cost is on the high side, and you might find the same quality for less, but I don't know where, so we just keep going back to Premier.
