Constraction reviews in Lincoln, Massachusetts

Premier Pavers and their crew were exceptional. They took our yard from an ancient over-run property that was pieced together over the years and turned it into a paradise.

The project was intense encompassing all of the property from the front through the back. The removal of shrubs, bushes, fences, an old stone wall that was deteriorating, walk ways and the driveway. It was an enormous undertaking yet their professionalism and experience make it look seamlessly perfect.

I can’t say enough about the Premier Pavers team. What a pleasure they were and such hard, talented professionals; we grew very fond of them.

The project was a 5 star success; it has been the WOW of the neighborhood; even strangers stop to inquire as to who transformed our property.

We just truly love the beauty of it.

Premier Pavers did a fantastic job at our home in Newton. They replaced the old, crumbling stone caps on our retaining wall and power-washed our brick patio and walkways. The wall looks great and the whole space feels fresh and inviting again. Ian, the owner, was great to work with. He came out quickly, talked us through our options, and followed up, which we really appreciated. We had reached out to a couple other companies too, but they never got back to us. The crew (Paolo, Douglas & Gabriel) that did the work was professional and left everything neat and clean. My wife and I are really happy with how everything turned out and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We recently enlisted Premier Pavers for a complex project involving the demolition and reconstruction of our building's elevated walkway, front porch, back landing, and sidewalk pavers. Their team impressed us with their exceptional communication, detailed estimates, and expertise in handling challenging situations, particularly our elevated walkway. They demonstrated remarkable attention to detail, from helping us with the design decisions by bringing paver samples and cleaning up the job site daily.

The final outcome exceeded our expectations. The craftsmanship in the well-spaced pavers and evenly laid boards is evident, and their initiative to color match our building’s siding showcases their commitment to excellence. We highly recommend Premier Pavers for their professionalism, skill, and dedication to quality.

Premier Pavers was recommended by our landscape architect for a bluestone patio, granite steps, and walkway. Ian, Chris and the crew did a wonderful job, we are delighted with our new features and the process was thoughtfully planned, fast, smooth and all ready to enjoy at the end. The work was much less disruptive than we anticipated for hardscape work thanks to the careful crew- they were moving heavy equipment and stone through our existing landscape and protected all the existing plants and structures. They exceeded expectations & were an excellent value. Clear communication, good judgment in adjusting plans to site conditions, helpful guidance on material selection at the stone yard - don’t hesitate to work with them.

Premier Pavers & Hardscape Co installed a heated driveway and front walkway for us in early 2022. They put drains where water always accumulated. The driveway and walkway are as beautiful now as they were when they finished. Nothing has shifted at all. Plus, they were wonderful to work with. There were no surprises during the install. They did everything on time and to budget. And their entire team was so polite and respectful.

We had the best experience with Premier Pavers. The person we consulted with was amazing. He listened to our ideas and suggested ideas of his own and we agreed to a plan based on a few weeks of collaboration. The team that did the work was prompt, professional, reliable, highly skilled, and friendly. In addition, the person who was overseeing the project was responsive, helpful, and flexible. Overall, we are completely satisfied with the results and still pinch ourselves on a daily basis.

Premiere Pavers was a little tough to get a hold of, as is typical when you find a good contractor, but once we got on the schedule, the work was excellent. I appreciated their responsiveness and the coordination between the design team, installation project manager, and the install crew. The quality of their work is truly excellent, the material selection is tasteful, and they are affordable. The design team was patient with us as we worked through the selection and even helped us by providing samples and making recommendations when we got stuck. I highly recommend these guys!
