Matt saved me a flooded laundry room, stress, and a whole lot of money. Saturday of Memorial Day weekend I discovered a serious leak in the laundry. I called 7 plumbers and only two could come out; because of the holiday, it'd be $520-$840. Matt Buss talked to me about the issue, asked me to send him a video, and then actually explained over the phone how I could fix it myself for $30 in parts! Absolutely extraordinary. And I'm a woman, so I haven't had a lot of plumbers tell me "I think you could probably do it". But do it I did and I'm so grateful! It would have been so easy for him to just tell me I needed a pro and charge anything he wanted. I will be calling him the next time I need help--and hopefully actually pay him at some point!

Great experience! My poor dad's heater and water heater broke at the same time and I was looking for estimates. Matt was quick and professional and gave me a good recommendation on replacing our water heater with a trusted brand along with a reasonable price. He came through the next day and was did a great job in putting in the new unit. Their work comes with an one year warranty and the product has a lifetime warranty so we don't have to worry again for at least some time. Flexible, responsive, professional, and reliable. My experience with Eagle Prime has been outstanding! Last summer during a heat wave our AC went out. David sent a tech out within a couple hours and he had the part to repair it on the spot. This past weekend during single digit weather our heat went out. David sent a tech out a couple hours later and determined a new motor was required which they ordered and came back and fixed it. Not having heat or AC on those extreme temperature days is highly stressful so it’s reassuring knowing I can just send David a message and it will get taken care of.

After quickly checking the system, he tested all the parts inside and outside with the skill of someone who’s been doing HVAC work for decades. In about an hour, my boiler was working perfectly again, and both the hot water and heating systems were running smoothly.
