The installed concrete in a re-paving effort Converse St. Longmeadow,MA. Its will be 2 years and they have no fixed or completed the issues they left. Take a look at the photo's of their handy work. At the beginning of the Fuller road project the backup of traffic was horrendous. Businesses were inaccessible and shipments had to be rescheduled, causing unnecessary production delays.
Moving forward... Apparently they tried something different because about 2 months into the project there was a noticeable change in the way traffic was being directed and businesses weren't being totally blocked off and inaccessible. Instead of having to wait up to 10 or more minutes for sporadic, opposing traffic to pass through the one lane, the maximum time waiting is now less than 5 minutes. Usually less. The people directing traffic seem to be paying more attention to what's happening around them now, and are less concerned with their phones.

I have never had work done by them but considering the amount of responsibility their employees take to rectify a hit and run with the vehicles they drive I could not ever trust them. Joseph, who backed into my girlfriend's car will not respond to or return calls or text. Hope your other employees do better.

Today at 6:38pm I saw one of their trucks run not just one but TWO red lights in succession. I'm not sure you wanna trust these people with construction projects if they baby follow basic rules of the road. Absolutely despicable behavior, especially in a company vehicle.

Some blonde woman driver in a giant dump truck license plate 920 J, ran me and my father off the road. They’re Working near the wrentham outlets just drives right into traffic without any thought of safety for the drivers in the road. Clearly should not be operating such machinery with that sort of mentality. If I could leave a 0 star I would.

This is our first time deal with Dan’s company, his is a very nice person, always answer your y, even we don’t speak very good English, our store take almost 4 months to finish, during these few months he help us a lot , and the work team are very nice people !! Thank you so much ,especially for you waiting for the inspector for more than two hours but you don’t complain about that!

Dan's crew was very polite and working very hard to get the project done on time, and Dan responded to questions with timely fashion and professionalism. We are going to hire them for the 2nd project!

Absolutely excellent work! I needed my decks done and the owner Dan got back to me right away and let me know everything I needed and was very patient! Dan and his crew did a great job on a fairly large Reno on our house,put on a large deck,gave us a open concept ,living room, dining room, kitchen. New bathroom. His construction crew, electrician, and plumber,all did a great job,showed up when they said they would and didn't drag the job out. Thanks Dan

Renovating my girlfriends townhouse in Holland mass and inquired for a new deck thru several referrals…One contractor had an expired construction license, one came and never quoted me, and the last contractor quoted me but it took him a month to get it to me and didn’t know when he could do it..I googled decks and I contacted Dan-he met me in Holland the next day and had a quote within 24 hours!
He pulled the permit and kept to the schedule and did a great job on the deck since it had to be exactly like the other decks as we are part of a condo association. Couldn’t be happier! His workers worked great and got this 10 ft high deck done in 2 days! Dan is the man!

Dan and his team just added on a 12x12 composite deck to a existing deck at my home. It came out amazing and we are so happy with it. Dan and his team were excellent and will be using them in future projects, thank you Dan

I came across Dan's Construction by accident while searching the internet and I'm glad I did. I read the reviews and checked out the company and contacted for an estimate. He was quick and professional and reached out enthusiastic to work. What I really appreciated was his communication and honesty. His estimate was accurate and if any changes were made he communicated the change in cost before moving forward. There were no hidden costs and surprise changes. He communicated at the end of the day where things stood and what the next day would bring. The work was quick and the employees showing up to do the work worked hard and were professional - always cleaning up at the end of the day. I can't say enough good things about the people he has working for him and in the end how great of a job they did. We are very happy with final product. We ended up removing a wall in our house and adding a kitchen island and countertop. I will absolutely use Dan's Construction again for home projects and I highly suggest you give them an opportunity!!

Dan's Construction Services replaced two existing pressure treated lumber decks. reinforced all floor joyces installed new support beams, and poured cement footings. The new decks entirely transformed the area. Dan was very timely and thorough with his estimate and detailed with the work performed. His work crew was very talented, professional and respective of the job site. The final product was outstanding. I would highly recommend Dan's Construction Services without reservation
