Constraction reviews in Ludlow, Massachusetts

This construction team exceeded all expectations with their outstanding craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail. The project was completed on time, within budget, and the quality of work is truly top-tier. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for.

If you are not hiring Dan's Construction Sevice for your project, you are wasting your time and money. At the very least, schedule an estimate. Dan's estimate for our addition was almost half of the other two estimates we received.

His work was superior and his workers were respectful to our family and property.

Any “reachout” to Dan for questions is returned within a timely manner.

He is easy to work with, listens to your ideas, and advises for what's best for you.

Dan, our family thanks you so much !!

Should be 10 stars!! Dan was fantastic to work with!! Estimation of project was accurate. Most importantly, he was extremely responsive throughout the process to any questions I had. A true professional. Would highly recommend!!!

Dan's Construction just completed a Trex deck with two sets of stairs for me. I am thrilled with the outcome! Dan was pleasant and efficient in overseeing our deck project, his crew worked tirelessly to complete their work, despite bad weather and the issue of trash on my site. (I promise to not load up the deck and under the deck with miscellaneous "stuff"). I also promise to call Dan as soon as I come up with my next construction project (believe me my wish list is seemingly endless)
Thank you DCS :) your company was a blessing for my family.

We had a great experience with Dan and his crew. Dan listened and implemented what we wanted on our project. He responded in a timely manner and was always cheerful and helpful. We love the look of our new dock, deck and balcony. We would highly recommend Dan's Construction.

Dan’s Construction just finished a renovation project for our home in South Hadley. Dan and his crew replaced our Chimney, Siding, Roof, Gutters, Deck, and installed new doors. Dan was an absolute pleasure to work with. The quality of work exceeded our expectation. This was our first major home project and we had no idea what to expect or who to trust. Dan made the process easy for us and took care of everything. Dan was patient, knowledgeable, and a true professional. Dan guided us through the entire process and was always available for our questions. I highly recommend Dan’s Construction and look forward to working with him again on future projects.

It praises the contractor's clear communication and ability to effectively manage both workers and materials. This often includes specific examples, such as resolving unexpected challenges with creative solutions. It emphasizes the cleanliness and safety of the worksite, showing a commitment to professionalism. In all, it reflects the client's overall satisfaction, recommending the company without hesitation for future projects.

Dan was extremely easy to work with. He made our families emergency renovation process simple and was always available for questions. His company did fantastic work in a timely manner and Everything fell within budget. I would definitely recommend Dan for all your home remodeling needs .

We had our porch and back done recently by Dan’s construction. We are happy with his quick response, fast turn around with his estimate and the ability to get the job done when he said he would. Everyone was professional and the work is solid.

We asked Dan to convert our rotting screened in porch to an insulated climate controlled sun room. His crew replaced the foundation and brought everything up to code for a great price. As the project moved forward my wife and I asked for a few specific design choices and Dan came through on all of them. Highly Recommended.

Dan's Construction Services did a fantastic job replacing our worn out deck with a Trex deck and railing, new stairs, and a privacy screen too. We could not be happier with the speed (3 days total), the service, the quality, and the reasonable price.

I just purchased a new build from Dan’ Construction. This is my biggest purchase in my lifetime time. Overall I am happy about this new home!

One of Dan’ crew members deserves special recognition is Lilly. She is a top tier interior designer. She picks quality appliances, vanities, tiles, mirrors and lightings etc. During the construction phase, Lilly invited me to visit the job site periodically to visualize the kitchen and bathroom layouts and help me make final selection on tile patterns, lighting, kitchen sink etc.

I want to thank Dan’s crew to install my smart toilets in all the bathrooms. Each bathroom has different floor and shower/tub design, they are beautiful. I like the top coating on the garage floor and easy accessibility to install a central vac at later time.

I met with Dan to complete a full tear down of my current deck and replace with composite trex decking. He quoted me a price and 3 weeks later the deck was completed in 2 full days….I was blown away! And, my deck is not a small deck! He had 2 of his guys just get it done…..on top it all, my husband was a builder back in the day. I had this deck built while we were on vacation for a month so he wasn’t involved with any of the decision making…..sneaky me…..but when we arrived home, hubby was so impressed with the quality of workmanship! Thank you Dan! I am so grateful!

From the beginning of the porch being knocked down. To the rebuilding of my new enclosed porch. Dan and his workers were amazing people. Very professional and courteous people. Beautiful job from start to finish.

Dan’s Construction Service did a great job removing an existing deck and replacing it with a beautiful new trex and vinyl one at a reasonable price. Dan’s crew were very professional and efficient. I will use them in the future and I highly recommend them.

We called after seeing a recommendation on Facebook and we are very happy we did. We had them build a covered pergola off our back sliders, and since we live in a log home, we wanted rough hewn lumber. Not only did they order the perfect stuff, they carved little bits out of it to make it look even more rugged. Dan’s folks are top tier carpenters with great skills. It was a pleasure to work with them and we will call them with any future needs.

We had Dan and his team put on a new deck in our backyard. It was beautiful they did a great job. They were very efficient and they cleaned up everything we would highly recommend them to do any construction projects. We will be working with them again in the near future!

Very professional and best service oriented company.
Sorry I forgot the name, the person who built our deck and front porch works for Dan's construction his work is exceptional, on time and very professional.
Forgot to mention after work clean up WOW .

Dans Construction
My wife and I wanted to expand our small deck, 5 feet and use composite material, maintenance free. Dan came out and showed us some materials and offered Some good ideas And colors that would look nice. He sounded professional and gave us a fair price. His crew were there within a week and they did a quality job. The entire deck looks Great. My wife and I would highly recommend Dans construction. They are an exceptional company.

We had our back deck refinished in Trex and vinyl. It came out great! Dan was able to get started within about two weeks and had it done within 4 days. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Would definitely recommend. See photos for before and after.

Dan and his talented team of craftsmen built an addition to our deck. We are truly pleased with the completed deck and will enjoy it for years to come. Dan’s persistence with our town’s building department was key to getting the proper permitting and inspections (not easy in our town). Thank you Dan and team! I recommend Dan’s Construction for any of your construction needs.
