So glad I called Fletcher! Had a blockage in our main line and the technician was able to get it cleared out quickly even with having a couple hiccups in the process due to the age of the line. Truly 10/10, I would absolutely call them again!

Very satisfied with this company. Gage was very proficient and did a great job. He freed my main drain which was clogged and got 2 sinks that were very slow draining to work fine. Their fees were very fair.

DJ from Fletcher was great. He came out the same day I called and took care of my problem. He was very knowledgeable and a nice guy.The price was very reasonable. I will only call Fletcher.

I had an emergency at my home after hours, I called the service line and was greeted by a wonderfully pleasant lady. She answered my questions, was able to assure me that the problem would be handled and let me know a service technician would call me back soon. And she was on point. I was called back shortly. Patrick was fantastic, professional, made me feel at ease about the situation. He was able to get here within an hour or so no less! Fixed the problem. Let me know of an additional problem that will need to be addressed within the year. And even as after hours pricing it was very reasonable. I will be sticking with them, they really impressed me.

These guys are awesome! Had an off-hours issue with my sewer line being clogged. Gave Fletcher a call on a Sunday night and they offered to come out immediately to fix the problem but I decided to go with Monday since we had a working bathroom downstairs. They gave me a time and Danie came out exactly the time that was given to me. I cannot emphasize how professional and friendly he was! He explained to me (with video) what was going on and within ½ hour he fixed the problem (and cleaned up thoroughly). I recommend these guys with COMPLETE confidence and would, without hesitation, call on them again to do any of my plumbing tasks. Thank-you again!

Awesome experience. I called on a Sunday, hoping I could find someone to come fix my drain problem. After that, things went pretty fast. The plumber, Tony, called and was here in very short order. After he assessed the situation, he had it fixed.

I just wanted to take a minute to say how happy I was with Fletcher's service. I am a new homeowner so when I saw water coming up through an out of service basement toilet and sink after doing laundry I panicked. My father was familiar with Fletcher and their service so they were the first we thought to call after hours on a Tuesday. They were willing to come out that evening at 9pm but arrangements were made for someone to check it out first thing in the morning instead. Steve arrived exactly when he said he would. Turns out there were tree roots messing everything up. He took care of those, suggested a maintenance call to check on regrowth in 18 months and was on his way in a little over an hour. This company made my first issue as a homeowner as easy as possible and I can not recommend them enough. Thanks Again!

Absolutely recommend! We had Justin come out from Fletcher for a septic clog the same day we called. He was fantastic in explaining and showing us the issue and our options. It was invaluable to a first time homeowner and made something quite unpleasant a much better experience!

Great experience with this company. Called and they responded back very quickly. Two plumbers sent out did a great job. Prior to calling Fletcher, another company l called wanted to charge me more just to make a house visit and give a quote. It didn’t even include the repair charge! The price from Fletcher was more than reasonable. I’m very satisfied with their prompt service and will definitely use them again.

Highly recommend! We had a septic backup (so gross) the night before we were going to head out for vacation. Our regular septic company couldn’t come and said it sounded like a clog. We lucked out calling Fletcher - they were so professional and positive and were able to come out right away. The technician was amazing - so knowledgeable, efficient and prepared. He scoped and diagnosed the issue, cleared the clog, tested it, then made plan for clearing out the septic. Saved our vacation and my sanity. So grateful.

We had the town sewer line back up into and clog our home's main line. Tony was very professional, responsive and knowledgeable. Needed my mainline inspected to determine backup. Spoke with David and he immediately assured me they would be out that afternoon. He called later to update me on time and my technician, Bernard called 30 minutes out. Awesome experience, learned a lot, very informative and viewed the camera going 57' to the street. No complications.

My wife and I woke up to a clogged drain yesterday. We called Fletcher’s and they were out by 11:30 AM this morning. Not only did they fix our problem less than an hour, but Tyler actually cleaned the tub before he left leaving it nicer than when he came. Thanks all. Highly recommend this company.

I called them with an emergency , my main was clogged. The tech showed up the next day and was was very personable, showed me exactly what he was doing and I even got to see video of the pipe and the process to clean it. Most service people I have run into don't like their jobs. This employee showed great pride in his work. Very thorough! I will choose Fletcher for all my needs going forward. Their customer service is #1 and their price was very reasonable.

DJ responded to an emergency drain repair on a Sunday evening and quickly diagnosed and corrected the problem. DJ had to return a second time at 11pm to address a subsequent issue and corrected it very quickly. DJ was a consummate professional as well as friendly and I would highly recommend him and his company when you have plumbing issues!

Gave them a call after being tired of the crummy job our previous plumber did with a blocked main pipe. Bernard came out less than 24 hours from our call. Service was outstanding! Bernard did a great job diagnosing the problem, explaining it to me, clearing the clog and giving some preventive maintenance tips for the future. Professional and very fairly priced. Called Fletcher after being referred to them by our plumber due to a slow draining sink. The technician Bernard arrived a few hours later and was great. He did a great job cleaning our pipes and explained what the issue was. If I ever need someone to unclog our drains, Fletcher will definitely be my go-to choice.

After overpaying Roto-Rooter for our plumbing needs, a friend recommended Fletcher Sewer and Drain to us and we were very pleased with the service. We called on a Thursday and we had someone at our house the following Friday morning. Cody was very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. He was very honest in his assessment, and provided us with a few options to fix our problem. Very impressed with the service and the cost of repairs, especially after dealing with Roto Rooter $$$. We will definitely be calling them again for any future sewer or drain needs.
