Excellent company, highly recommended! Justin was awesome, a highly skilled and efficient tech! And he was very patient with all my questions. I will definitely request him again. I initially called the big "RR" in a late night panic. But thankfully I connected with Fletcher early the next morning, and they came out to my home in Holyoke the same day. I am so glad I found a very good local company. Pricing was extremely fair. They cleared my sewer drain without draining my bank account.

Justin showed up right on schedule and worked hard to do what needed to be done. He explained what was needed to prevent future issues. Justin was professional and courteous throughout the entire service call. We'd certainly call Fletcher again and we would be thrilled to have Justin as a service tech.

Had a clogged kitchen sink. When I called, they were able to come early the next morning. Bernard was very personable and professional. He was able to clear the clog and cleaned up any mess. I would definitely recommend them for any drain issues and will call them again if I have a drain problem in the future.

We had a drain and septic issue so we called Fletcher. Dave was super helpful when we called, and had a tech at our house within a few hours. I called Fletcher Sewer and Drain. A technician Zack came out the same day. He was fantastic, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and I understood everything he said, it was for the same problem, but the cost was $349.63. I now have them in my contacts and highly recommend them!
In Jan 2020 I stupidly called Rotor rooter and it cost me $2098.06 plus several technician that hardly spoke English and were very pushy. "You have to pay this amount right now before we continue,"

Needed Fletcher after a backup due to roots in the line. Were there asap and took care of everything that night. Professional and very reasonable costs.

Pumped out my neighbors backup and left the sewage on the pad for mobile home. My cats and neighbors cats walking around in it! Apparently, they MAKE the mess, but don't CLEAN UP afterwards. TOTALLY disgusted.

The receptionist who answered my call was very polite and got a technician out to our house very quickly… and Cody, the plumbing technician was very personable, worked quickly and neatly and fixed our drainage problem perfectly. He is a very friendly young man too. We are very happy with the service!

They went above and beyond, snaking over 75 feet of sewer line, using advanced camera equipment and a sonde to trace the line and pinpoint a major blockage that extended beyond our property. Their attention to detail and clear communication helped us understand the problem on a shared sewer line.
They were courteous, respectful of our property, and committed to finding a solution. We especially appreciate that they took time to capture a sewer inspection video, explain their findings, and gave us honest, practical next steps.

Had a great experience with Fletcher Sewer and Drain. Called this morning for a backup in my basement. Girl who answered the phone was very polite, took my info and said a technician would call me back in 20-30 mins.

Technician Zack called, gave me an ETA.. he arrived shortly after, was a very chill dude.

Resolved the clog. But also showed us some problems in the drain line outside the house underground, and advised accordingly.

I was surprised that the price for this service call was less than I anticipated, very reasonable.

They will be the first people I call with any plumbing issues going forward.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Fletcher Sewer and Drain. When I called this morning, the person on the phone, whose name I don't recall, was friendly and helpful. My wife and I were relieved that someone was able to come help with our kitchen sink today, which wouldn't drain at all. Then, the two guys who came were also very friendly, and once they finished our initial request, they filled out the hour we paid for by helping unclog some of our other drains and problem areas in the basement. I wasn't home myself, but my wife said they were friendly, easy going, informative, and clearly very good at what they did, and enjoyed it. I even appreciated the easy billing and detailed invoice. Highly recommended!

Just finished with technician Gage. Fantastic service today. It took 15 minutes from the time I called to the time her got here. He was able to take off some pipes to get access where there was bo cleanout, got sprayed with some poop and still had a great attitude theough it all.

Thank you so much, to Fletcher Sewer and Drain! Gage and Tony helped with a serious pipe backup, and made all of our plumbing work again. Gage worked non-stop for most of the day, despite several difficulties that occurred along the way. And Tony came back the next day to finish a very challenging job, making sure that all of our bathrooms were up and running again. They were polite, hard-working, and professional throughout their time here. And even though it was a messy job, they were unstoppable in making sure the job was well-done. Fletcher’s deserves five stars for excellent service and amazing results.

I’ve used Fletcher 3 times. Today, Cody and his partner were absolutely amazing. I’m so thankful for him finding the problem that I thought was the sewer but it was a blockage within the duplex, clogging both sides. He was kind and patient with my tenant and I’m very thankful for his kindness. Great job Cody! I wouldn’t use any other company!

Love these guys!! Zach came today to unclog a tenants toilet! He showed them how to flush to alleviate future clogs, due to water pressure being not so strong. From the people answering the phone to the techs, they're the best!! Always happy with them. Thanks everyone

I called at 8AM with a clogged drain line and they arrived at10. The technician, Zach, was both courteous and professional. It took about an hour to clear a very difficult line blockage. I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the charge was. I would recommend them to anyone.

Made the call about 1:30 pm and was told the tech would be here after dinner. Tyler called about 7:30 stating he would arrive in about 20 minutes and was here before 8 pm. Quite personable and got right to work. Was finished and out the door by 9pm. Answered any and all questiins very well done. Thanks to all involved with this call from Flercher's, well done .

Great service!!! Came out within 2 hours of finding my sewage ejector not working. Tony was very pleasant and explained to me what was happening. I can use my water in my house and am so grateful for Fletcher!
