Salo and his team added in a French drain around the foundation of my house, 4 dry wells all connected and brought out to a catch basin in the front yard. It was a lot of work and they did an incredible job. My yard is dry now. Salo was great to work with and was very responsive.

We hired The Pros to help us work through a landscape design in association with an addition to our house. The Pros put together a beautiful design that we can use as a multi-year roadmap for our landscaping. We love it!

The Pros recently completed what we call "Phase I" of the project, which is to build a retaining wall for our backyard. The Pros built the wall so quickly and it came out great!

Excellent Job!! We had about 1200 sq. ft. of sod laid down and 16 small trees planted in the back yard. Salo and Hector went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the outcome of the finished work. Very accommodating and a pleasure to work with.

Our backyard at our rental property was a lost cause... or so we thought. We have the house fully rented to tenants that have a bunch of dogs (& we couldn't go there daily to water the lawn), so the yard turned to 100% dirt. I called a few landscaping companies and they were wishy washy.. Except for Salo with The Pros! When I first called him, no one answered & I didn't leave a voicemail, I just went down my list of local places with good reviews. He promptly called me back though & I am SO glad he did!! The work that they did is phenomenal!! We transformed our backyard completely!! We now have a patio/crushed stone/some grass. They even cleaned up the side of our yard/our bushes without asking & without it being in the contract. The whole team was super friendly, they got the job done on time & they did an awesome job. I 100% highly recommend this company to anyone that needs work done - I know that we'll keep them in mind for any future work on the North Shore!!

The contract provides a 2 year contract- but the owner, Salo said that he would only honor it if I gave Pros a 5 star review!

My 10 month old driveway continues to flood with 3” of water covering half of the driveway. Multiple requests have gone unanswered.

Pros installed a new paver driveway, initially I was very impressed with both the team and the driveway appearance and gave them a 5 star review and referred several friends.

This was the third and largest project we've hired The Pros for and we have not been disappointed. The landscaping came out great and they are very responsive and easy to work with, making sure we were happy with how everything came out before finishing.

All I can say is that this company, while doing a good installation, is TERRIBLE when trying to communicate regarding service. Dispatch forgets to email you with dates for winterizing.. and when you complain someone gets back to you. 2 weeks to try and set an appointment is unreasonable..
Never did get an appointment.. ended up switching companies.. email a request on Sat.. Mon had a schedule. That worked for me

It was a pleasure working with the Pros at my home. We has a simple backyard and they helped me get it leveled with new grass (SOD) put down, rip up the old fence and put a new one up and they also helped me pull out all the weeds in the front of my house and install something simple an low maintenance.

They were very accommodating to my requests and all of them were very hard working. Scheduling of the project and installation was quick and smooth.

I was very pleased with the work that was done on my property the guys did an amazing job after they were done my backyard looked so clean and neat I highly recommend them and will definitely have them back to do more work.

When my partner and I first saw our property in the winter of 2022 we immediately agreed that a back yard patio would be a perfect addition to this well-maintained home. We moved in during the summer 2022. In the spring of 2023 we were ready to begin the job and enquired with 3 contractors found through Angi's List. We got 2 estimates and after meeting Salo Lopez we finally settled on The Pros because of the price and quality of the materials they proposed to use, thermal bluestone. Salo estimated a fair price within our budget and was very professional. The Pros were excellent at communicating the start date for the job. When conditions and schedule changed they notified us. The job began and I had the pleasure of meeting the crew. The foreman, Hector, went over the job and work began. The Pros installed a 630 sq ft bluestone patio that required leveling by about 2 ft on the down side of the slope. They also installed a drain in front of my garage and patio and tied in the down spouts from the garage to an underground french drain. Hector was very good at addressing all my concerns and the job was completed. They did an outstanding job and even returned to adjust the drain and polymeric sand installation. The Pros are very good at communication and quelling anxiety with a large project like this. I highly recommend this professional and hard working company for landscaping projects and will use them in the future.

Every member of The Pros team was professional, polite, efficient, hard-working and conscientious. The work they did around our house is gorgeous! I love our beautiful new paving stone path from the house to a set of safe, sturdy stairs, and down to our awesome new turf stone driveway. All of our neighbors have come around to comment on how nice it all looks. I would hire them again in a heartbeat! Shout out to Imelda, Moses, Hector, Darwin and Elvin!

The Pros were excellent. I always get a min of 3 bids because there’s so much to them. After 3 estimates where ai only received a number with no details, no replay back of my design, no materials list so I could verify we were on the same page. So I kept looking under “hardscape contractors.” Salo showed up to ensure he knew the scale of demo and rebuild. He measured (as the others had done) and then took pictures. By evening I had a materials list with his measurements and quantity of each, the picture drawn with measurements. And a request to edit anything that differed. He delivered it via a link with a confirmation button and I confirmed. They asked for a $500 deposit and showed up 4 days later. It was complete in 72 hours from the start - exactly as I asked it to look. They leveled, poured concrete and stone for the base and re-used my demo’d brick to reduce the cost of hauling and cost of stone. One of my previous 3 was $6000 more than their quote (I had already run cost of materials. That outfit was going to make $13000 revenue for 3 days (2.5 guys) labor. That’s why you get 3+ at least. Pros were indeed “Pros.” Each of Edgar, Natali and Mariano were pros and couldn’t thank them enough.

A few months ago Salo, Hector and company replaced my entire sidewalk and built a long brick wall for my old, dilapidated fence and it came out great! Three neighbors approached me to say it looked great and I am pleased!

Cleaned up old landscaping, installed new plants, shrubs, tree, cobblestone edging and mulched. Everything looks fantastic. Quality materials and workmanship!

The Pros were responsive, on time, easy to deal with and very professional.
