The Pros are awesome! The crew worked quickly to totally transform my backyard. They demolished an old concrete slab, asphalt patio, and chain link fence. Installed a Tecco bloc paver patio and a new vinyl fence. They communicated every step of the way and asked good questions to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. Would highly recommend!!!

Their team worked quickly and efficiently, transforming my yard into a stunning oasis. What a great crew of hard workers! Family owned, super friendly, and very professional. Our yard was kept clean and neat during the entire job (and the area that was dug up was raked and seeded for new grass at the end). We had a tough, two-direction slope coming off the back our barn and wanted a 14'x20' patio placed there. They were able to create a good looking and solid retaining wall along two sides and blend it into the landscape. The wall was created and installed in one day and the patio itself was installed the next day (also in one day). The install was done with care and attention to detail and looks so nice. We are very happy with the patio and wall and would use ThePros again for sure.

The PROs are a great team to work with. They have all the resources needed to make the project run on time. Usually bigger companies tend to charge more than the smaller guy but honestly they were sometimes cheaper than other quotes I received from smaller independent contractors. I went with the PROs to do my paver patio and they completed in the project in 2days (450ish sqft). They also removed and replaced a fence panel to complete the work. They also regarded my lawn to help with drainage. I signed the contract and they showed up in 5 days to do the job. The crew onsite were very friendly and professional. I received consistent emails and calendar invites which I was very impressed by. They also gave a 2yr warranty and followed up with me many times after my project was complete to ensure my satisfaction.

I used the Pros about 4 years ago to fence our entire yard and everything went great. We decided to reach out to them for a small fix that we needed after some changes to our yard. It took forever to get someone out to look at the property and fully understand what we needed. They told me it was a half-day job and we could probably get it done in 2-3 weeks. They didn't come out to do the job for 2 1/2 months, and then they arrived, the brought the wrong supplies. I had to reach out again to find out when they were coming, which ended up being 2 1/2 weeks later. They didn't come due to rain, and failed to tell me that. I had to ask again. They finally came and did the job, but missed three minor finishing details. They just finally came out today to finish it, after me having to ask twice. And to top it off, their prices went up substantially. I understand that people are understaffed and products are a lot more expensive these days, but you still need to keep a level of professionalism. I shouldn't have had to chase them to get the job done, but they were sure to chase me for payment despite my always paying on time! Frustrating to say the least.

Great group of hardworking professional craftsmen. Hector and Elvin with a pleasure to work with. They showed up everyday on time and worked long days to get the job done right. They offered creative solutions when needed and stand by their word. Would not hesitate to work with them again for any outdoor project.

The Pros were great! From their patience with us during the design process, which we changed a few times to the finished project, we were more than satisfied. We were particularly impressed with the hardscape installation. It looks great!

I previously posted about the design process for The Pros (see below), and just updating after they completed the job. Everything turned out to be beautiful, and the transformation of our backyard from just grass to an amazing multilevel patio with a fire pit, barbecue, and white picket fence was pretty awesome (see pix). We're very happy with the work and would definitely recommend The Pros to anyone looking to make an upgrade to their property.

Alex was super helpful and made the design of our project (backyard hardscaping/ fire pit/ barbecue/ fencing) very easy and stress free. He was very professional, reliable, flexible, and responsive to our design needs. His suggestions significantly improved the functional and aesthetic design of the backyard, and we truly appreciated how attentive he was to our questions and concerns. We would highly recommend his design services.

I had a fantastic experience with the Pros. The crew was really hardworking, onsite everyday before 8am and worked until 5pm. They paid a lot of attention to detail and even went back and touched up areas that weren’t up to par even though I hadn’t said anything.
Our house is on a hill so they weren’t able to get machinery to help and ended up doing it all by hand without any compromises.
I intend to work with them again and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking.

Salo and his team were wonderful. I had them give an estimate for a patio install last summer and they stayed on budget, the quality was great and they stayed on time and according to plan! Salo came back and inspected the work and checked to assure I was satisfied as well. Wonderful service from beginning to end. Have already referred them to others and will use them again!

We can’t recommend The Pros highly enough for their incredible work transforming our backyard. The team was able to completely redefine our outdoor space, starting by pushing our fence back 25 feet to create a much larger usable area. They seamlessly relocated our shed and kid’s playground, meticulously leveled the entire terrain, and expertly installed our new raised garden beds. The final touch was seeding both our front and back lawns, which have now bloomed into lush, green fields where we once had nothing but dead patches. The crew was not only remarkably quick and efficient, but also incredibly friendly and kind throughout the entire process. The result is a stunning, functional, and beautiful yard that has completely exceeded our expectations.

Naptali and Salo and team are the Pro's hands down. Their professionalism is top notch, prices fair and they are honest. Their crew is hard working, flexible and respectful. They were responsive to last minute changes and additions that we made last minute. Everyday showed up on time, and walked through the project each day on what was going to be done today. The site was always kept clean from beginning to end. This was a big project to undertake and we couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend The Pro's for your job.

I hired the Pros to take down an old garage, replace it with a patio, to repave a driveway and to freshen up the backyard. I am very satisfied with the result and the professionalism of this team from the time they submitted the proposal to the conclusion. I would highly recommend The Pros, they truly live up to their name. Sal was a great Project Manager and Hector did a superb job on site.

My experience using The Pro’s Inc. was very positive! The owners were very professionally. My emails were returned when I had any questions. Their price was great. They showed up when promised, consulted me every step of the way, cleaned up afterwards and their workmanship is excellent. Hope to use them for my next project.

I’m very impressed with how quickly the pros were able to turn around all of the work to transform my tiny yard situated at the bottom of a large hill. I was perhaps most impressed, though, with the consultation we had with the designer who walked us through the drawing he had created, which far surpassed my expectations and took our property to the next level (especially with what was such little space to work with).

I will note that the majority of my hard escaping and landscaping and fence installation was done during what was probably the hottest point of summer. I do wish that between the pros and myself as the homeowner I was more in tune with how this might impact the health and quality of the trees planted. The grout on our patio was also done on a day where there happened to be torrential downpours in the evening, which I believe at least slightly impacted the overall quality.

I will say that, despite the above, after reaching out to our client representative, we were immediately responded to, and a crew was sent out within days to replace an unhealthy tree which was very nice and a relief as the homeowner.

I think there could be some improvements as far as communication between homeowner, client services and actual crew and who to address for what (and when) and would’ve been interested to receive more takeaway info re: how to care for trees and flowers, but I’m sure this is something I could have asked for (but would be excellent for Pros to proactively provide).

I’d recommend the Pros and am thankful for the vision they designed and brought to life. Big, big improvement that no doubt added value to our family and home!

My business interacting with The Pros was wonderful from the moment I met Salo (one of the owners). He listened to the details of my project, a retaining wall and stairs, took some notes and measurements and gave me my estimate right there. The estimate was a detail of our conversation. The Pros communicate via text, phone and email. My calls were always answered. I added scope when the project was just about finished and they were able to get me an estimate and begin the work that day.

Incredible work with reasonable price. Installed my walkway, replaced the concrete in backyard with sod in 3 days. Would recommend to others!

I had The Pros Inc finish a front walkway and a backyard patio. My wife and I are very happy with the finished results. The whole process from start to finish went smoothly. They were very hard workers and take pride in their work. I would recommend The Pros Inc in the future.
