the worst place to buy parts. they dont take responsibility for bad parts they sold. no help at all from the boss he just walks away from you. worst place and really bad costumer service. i dont recommend this place to anybody to buy parts. i have to buy another part just to probe that the part they give it was bad. and still didn't get any help from nobody. and the post from other people they got paid just to put a good review.

While the service from Walker Brothers Plumbing & Water Heaters was excellent, I initially felt the charge of $305.00, which included the cost of the replacement valve, was a bit steep for 10 minutes of work. However, after some thought, I realized that the expertise and professionalism Jack brought to the job were also part of the cost. It was worth it, knowing that my plumbing issue was fixed correctly and efficiently.

we've been using a water softener system with reverse osmosis from walker brothers plumbing & water heaters for a couple of years now. recently, we noticed a small leak with the r.o. system, and kingston came out right away to check it. while fixing the leak, he also tested our whole house plumbing and found a part in the softener that wasn't working right. kingston was very thorough, replaced the faulty part, and even cleaned up everything afterwards. his attention to detail made sure a small problem didn't turn into a big plumbing headache. every time we've needed help, we've gotten top-notch service, and i would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work or water heater help.

Even though we called on short notice, they responded quickly and got everything cleaned up and running smoothly. I highly recommend them.

we had no hot water, so i checked the basement and saw the water heater was leaking after 5pm one night. i left a voicemail for the plumber and spent some time looking up the usual prices for a new water heater. they open at 7:30 am and called me right away at 7:31. i explained what i needed, and they quickly called back with a quote that was actually lower than the prices i found online. i didn't even need to call anyone else. they gave me a 3 hour window between 12 and 3, and by 3:30 the plumber, jack, had finished everything. the whole process was fast, affordable, and really smooth. these plumbers were attentive and just fantastic.

The plumber arrived right on time and was very professional and polite throughout the whole job. He put down tarps along the path to the master bathroom to keep everything clean, then installed a new pressure-assisted toilet, including both the tank and the bowl. Before starting, he checked the old flange to make sure it was in good condition, and it was, so he went ahead with the installation. After he finished, he tested everything to make sure the new toilet was flushing and working perfectly. He also took away the old toilet, gathered up all his tools and tarps, and left the bathroom just as clean as it was before. I would give more than 5 stars if I could—Jack did a fantastic job. Next time I need plumbing work in Lynn, I’ll definitely call and ask for Jack!
