Tree reviews in Lynn, Massachusetts

I responded to flyer from MM when I needed tree trimming work in my backyard. Marlon came to my house, gave his safety assessment, then provided me a quote for the work. But the next week the work was done. Used a rake to cleanup, they cleaned up lots of debris not even related to the tree trimming work

Unbelievably great service from MM Services from the very beginning. Came the same day of inquiry to look at the tree and gave a timely and fair quote. Arrived promptly and ready to go on the day of service, and made quick work of taking down a massive pine in our yard. Very friendly and worked quickly but safely, and they were just all around a wonderful group of guys. I came out afterward to a super clean yard and driveway! Have already requested another quote, and looking forward to having them back for more tree removal. 5 stars!!!

Marlon, owner of MM Tree, is a good man and runs a great business. He is honest, hard-working and professional and his prices are very reasonable, especially relative to other tree services. MM has removed a massive poplar tree for me and then done some smaller trimming work- both jobs were done safely and professionally for a great price (the poplar had to be craned over my neighbors house as it was removed which was pretty fascinating to watch). Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with MM Tree Services Inc. I contracted them twice (first to remove a small dead tree and second to take down three larger trees). They came to the place to give an estimate and explain the process. They were very fast and responsive during the whole process. Compared to other companies in the area, they also offered the best rates. The job was completed as agreed upon and in a timely manner. I highly recommend them!

I had MM Tree Services Inc take down several large maple and locust trees in my yard a few years ago. I chose this company because the owner showed he was knowledgeable about trees and their health when he came by to give an estimate. They had to cut down and clear out a lot of wood that day and they worked hard and did a great job cleaning up. No complaints.

I had them clear out a few more trees and a bunch of bushes this week and they did an excellent job again. They worked quickly and did everything I asked. I highly recommend this company.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ TREE SERVICE COMPANY
Marlon and his crew did an outstanding job cutting down our trees, removing debris and stump grinding while working to protect our precious dogwood tree. They worked efficiently and left our property looking great. Marlon was knowledgeable about the various trees in our yard and he was such an incredible pleasure to work with. His positive reviews and his reasonable pricing convinced us to hire him and we are delighted we did. We will definitely use MM Tree Service in the future and we will spread the word to our friends and neighbors. Thank you for a job well done!!

Marlon (MM Tree Service) was recommended by a friend that used them at his house and was very happy with the work performed and very fair price. I contacted Marlon one morning about an estimate and heard from him the same day, with a visit the next morning. We talked about what I wanted to have done, and he assured me it was possible and made me excited to have the project completed. I also had him look at some trees at my parents house, which were in a tough spot, but he assured us he could handle the job. Both jobs/days they showed professionalism, safe & strong work ethic, took care of our properties, and left us feeling that we made a great choice. We strongly recommend them to anyone in need and would not hesitate to use them again!

When getting tree work done on your home you want to know that the details will be addressed and completed. With MM Tree Services, Marlon is the owner and operator who hears your concerns, gives you your estimate and, with his crew, gets the job done. Marlon was prompt with all communication, sincere in his desire to provide the services and provided a timeline for the job that was reasonable and not months out as it was with larger companies that provided bids. MM Tress Services expertly removed 18 trees from my property with precision and care in avoiding all power lines and obstructions. They cleaned as they went and left the job site as they found it without the slightest hint that there had been multiple trucks and a large crane on my property. From my first call to the last, Marlon ensured that I felt completely satisfied with his work. Without reservation I would highly recommend Marlon and his team for any job, big or small.

Excellent experience from start to finish. They provided a clear quote, communicated well, and handled the job with precision. The crew was respectful, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable.

He was great to work with! He and his crew took out three 100-foot-tall trees for my elderly mother (I make the calls for her). Expert crane operation. Nothing hit the ground below except sawdust as he lifted each section out to the workers in the street. His crew were all great at their individual jobs and it was obvious they enjoy what they do.

I can highly recommend this company for any tree service needed! They listened to exactly what i wanted and exceeded expectations with what i got! they were able to take my vision and make it a reality with trimming out the crowded maple in the backyard and opened it up just enough to let the perfect amount of light in with keeping in mind the health of the tree as well as cutting out underbrush and dead trees i didn’t even realize neede dto be removed. Communication is key to any good business and i was informed throughout the whole process of appraisal to finish of schedule and arrival times along with clean up and aftercare. All of the guys that showed up were dedicated skilled workers who didnt leave so much as a twig or leaf on the ground when they were finished. I will be using them for any future tree service need for myself and anyone i know.

Our experience with MM Tree Services was stellar. The large copper beech tree removal went off without a hitch. Marlon and crew were very professional throughout the entire tree removal, stump grinding and cleanup of all the debris. They artfully took down the 4’ wide 40’+ high tree that was overhanging our home and had high tension wires running through it. We were very impressed with this company and we highly recommend them. We felt MM Tree Service was reasonably priced for their expert level of service.

Marlon and his team are very professional and have a super fast turn around time! A tree was knocked over in my yard from a wind storm last week and they were able to come chop up the tree, take down the remaining snapped tree and remove two other invasive trees for us so we can avoid this issue in the future. It took only about an hour and they left my yard very tidy afterwards. They were also so nice and easy to work with! I’ll definitely use them again when needed in the future. :)

Overall a fantastic experience working with Marlon and his crew!

Very responsive and easy to schedule.

They worked very efficiently and safely day of. They got a lot done in one day - removing seven very tall pine trees, some near our house. Their pricing is very reasonable

We plan to have them back again!

What an amazing outfit to do business with. On time, responsive, flexible, professional, highly skilled dedicated hard workers. More importantly, kind and trustworthy. So reasonably priced we felt it necessary to tip. Impressive company to work with.

Wow, totally professional with a great crew. Removed 10-12 large trees on my property. Really fair price and worked super clean. Showed up 10 minutes early on a Saturday (note: 7:20am). Give these guys a shot, they hustled and were very responsive.

He tells you one price when he’s done with the job. It’s a completely higher price.
Can’t even communicate with them

I don’t usually write reviews of work done for me. But I can’t let this one go. I hired the Perez Brothers to remove some roots that were causing like speed bumps in my driveway. I called and one of the brothers came to my house. After looking at the roots he gave me an estimate. A few days later I called him and told him he had the job. A few days later he came out to do the job. I made the mistake of not really looking at the job and paid him. Then I took a good look and the job was not what I envisioned. He did take out the roots but didn’t level the driveway. I still had speed bumps in the driveway. I called him and he tole me that he did the job. Yes, he did but the job was very shabby. I asked if he would come back to correct the poor job and he gave me the run around. I would have thought He would come and fix the humps in the driveway. So as far as working with asphalt this company has no knowledge of using it. I would not recommend them to do anything involving asphalt. Maybe they should stick to tree removal.
I’m very sorry for having to express my true feeling about their work.

I had left him a text letting him know I was going to leave a bad review. This was his response.
“One thing is we took out the root and we finished at the end and you said that everything was fine you called me the next day any comment you make you will have to know I will arrive to dump tree wood in your parking lot”
What kind of business man writes such things?

The brothers removed a large tree from my front driveway that was in danger of knocking out power and restricting vision upon existing to road. The brothers showed up on time and got right to work. I live on a main road and the tree was dancing between many power lines and the way they easily and safely removed the tree was remarkable. The clean up provided was like they never had a foot print at our house. Their prices are fair and without unnecessary balloons. Other companies stated we needed police presence, road blockage, etc. they proved this wrong with their work. I highly recommend this company and are already in the works for hiring them for our next project.

Super clean work they did around my house last year. And the way they cut trees was good no harm has done to my house.
Thank you guys.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service from Perez Brothers Landscaping and Tree Service. They came out the very next day after I reached out, which was a huge relief. Their pricing was very affordable, and their response time was impressively fast. The work they did was clean and professional, and their team was both efficient and swift. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable, quality landscaping or tree services!
