Always a pleasure working with Patrick Lothrop. Straight forward, honest and reliable. We’ve used the company for our scaffolding and shoring needs for 4-5 years now without any issues and plan on working with Lothrop moving forward.

Lathrop companies does a great job of attending to the details of a project. Scaffolding is about access to the work and more importantly worker and pedestrian safety. Patrick takes the work seriously and we can always rely on that their staffing will be thorough and competent.

Color x Painting and Cleaning is amazing! I had originally booked with another company over a month in advance, and they cancelled due to staffing 2 days before the clean. I reached out to Color x Painting and Cleaning with my situation, and they were able to give us an appointment with such short notice! My apartment has truly never been so clean, communication was easy, and the cleaners were kind to me and my cats! They went above and beyond what I expected in every room of my home. I will be booking and recommending them for any future cleans!

Scheduled an appointment for 11 am. Got a call around then saying the electrician was running late on another job, ok I get that. Around 1:10 call back for an update, am told they will check and call me back. They never do.
At 1:25 call back again and am informed electrician has an emergancy wont get to me till 5. Is that ok? No it isn't. I have other things to do and it's uncacceptable that I wasn't notified of this and had to call twice to find out.

This is disrespectful and unacceptable customer service, particularly when you want to charge $80 dollars just to come and evaluate what needs to be done.
