The Miss Clean team is reliable, communicative, and extremely hard-working. They take pride in their work, from reorganizing counter tops to creating special folds in the towels. I love coming home to see what they have done. Livia was able to work with us at our own pace as we got used to preparing for each cleaning, and she has made it a comfortable and convenient process throughout. Regular cleanings from Miss Clean have reduced stress and improved our lives greatly!

I contacted Miss Clean for a move-out deep cleaning of my studio apartment. Livia and team were, first of all, very quick to respond during initial querying and were very kind in accommodating my swift timelines. On the day of, 3 of them showed up in total and worked for 2.5 hours. While I thought the charge was comparatively a bit much, the cleaning itself was SPOTLESS and SO thorough. And there were some very difficult spots to reach and clean in that apartment. But they cleaned really really well, so I couldn't complain.

Livia is a very pleasant and professional cleaner and housekeeper, who immediately sees what has to be done and where. Livia is by far the best cleaner I have had! She’s dedicated, reliable, and very professional. We had our fair share of “just ok” cleaning services and that’s just what they were - mediocre. They would come, do a very light cleaning, sometimes it would stink of bleach- sometimes I would have to confirm whether they even came.

Didn’t realize what an exceptional cleaning was until I met Livia. Livia brings her A game each time! When she leaves, it feels as though you’ve been transported to a 5-star resort. Everything is impeccably fresh and clean smelling (no bleach smell with Livia!) and the small design touches such as the way she folds bathroom hand towels or the origami roses she leaves on tissues and toilet paper. She’s been coming every two weeks for years (sometimes even more if we have guests).

What I appreciate about Livia is she’s incredibly diligent about her level of service. Every time she comes, she does something extra such as deep cleaning of certain areas that need attention (like the vents or the fridge) without any prompt from me. Livia is very easy to work with. She’s responsive to texts, very flexible and confirms her plan to come to ensure the time/date still works for my schedule. She’s also incredible trustworthy. I feel incredibly lucky to have found Livia. When my family moved to the suburbs, Livia continues to make the trip to us which we are very appreciative. She’s great with both human children and fur babies! My fur baby is a sensitive soul and would bark at cleaners. Not with Livia though!

Miss Clean is professional, fast, and thorough. The first time they came to my house, the owner came and made sure her team knew what to do and let me know what type of cleaning products they used, and it was a great experience. They have been back two more times since then, and I work from home, and they have been great about me having to swap rooms while they clean my office.
