Vivian and her team are amazing! My roommate and I are disabled and have three cats so cleaning often gets beyond us and we can count on them to leave our place spotless. They are gentle with our belongings and work extremely fast! Vivian is also very responsive by email and text which makes scheduling very convenient.

A few days ago we had water damage in our basement, and we called for emergency carpet cleaning and drying service around midnight. The crew arrived quickly, around 1 AM, and worked for several hours to extract the water, clean the affected carpet, and start the drying process. They were very experienced, professional, and helpful the whole time. They set up 3 air movers and 3 dehumidifiers to fully dry the basement and protect the carpet and flooring. By the third day, the space looked and felt like nothing had happened. They also made the insurance process much easier and were great to work with from start to finish. We have dealt with basement water issues before, and there is usually a musty smell left behind, but this time the carpet cleaning and drying were done right. There is no odor at all, and the basement smells fresh and clean. We are very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them for carpet cleaning, water extraction, and flood cleanup.

Roger did a great job steam cleaning our carpets and treating a stubborn sticky silly putty spot that we could not get out on our own. The area had been there a long time, and the deep carpet cleaning saved us from having to patch or replace that section. He also pointed out that our tile grout was much dingier than it should have been. Since we were not the original owners, we had no idea what the grout color was supposed to look like. After the grout and tile cleaning, we were pleasantly surprised to see the color come back and blend much better with the room. He uses professional carpet cleaning tools, including a black light to find pet urine spots, and then he gives those areas the proper stain removal and deodorizing treatment. The whole service felt thorough, knowledgeable, and worth it. While it is not the lowest cost option, it is far more affordable than replacing carpet or repairing damaged areas, and the results made a big difference in how clean and fresh our home feels.
