We just had First Class TinKnocker, LLC install a ductless mini-split system in our house. Jason came out and gave us several options. One thing is clear, they want to do the job right, not just quick and easiest for them. You see these systems installed with all sorts of lines run outside the house. Jason came up with an option which minimized the exterior runs of the tubing. 90% of the install cannot be seen from the outside, none of it from the front of the house. What you can see is very neat. The runs inside the house are also neat and hidden in places you really don't even notice. Jason and his entire crew were personable and professional through the entire process which went much faster than I had anticipated. To top it all off his price was about 65% of what the big name guys wanted and I feel we got a better result in the end. We are very happy we went with First Class TinKnocker. If you are looking for an HVAC guy, hire them! I cannot imagine anyone better.

After calling about eight different HVAC companies, I was able to get in touch with Jason who responded quickly.

He sent a technician over that fixed my heating system and walked with me through all the rooms to make sure the heat was working correctly. He also told me to call a chimney sweeper cause they was a lot of dust in my vents and it was a potential fire hazard, which I appreciated.
