Jason, Nellie and the rest of the crew have been top notch, answering all my questions — excellent service on installation day and follow ups, including navigating all the paperwork to get the tax credit. I really respect the work they do and how responsive they’ve been, from initial quote to working with MassSave, etc. I highly recommend these folks!

Jason, Nellie, and the TinKnocker team are the best of the best! We had a complex HVAC heating and cooling installation in an old two-family home, and they handled every challenge with patience, precision, and care. They take the time to explain everything so you’re never lost in the process, and Nellie keeps the administrative side running seamlessly - especially if you’re working through the Mass Save program. Their workmanship and professionalism were outstanding from start to finish. Highly recommend them for any HVAC project!

Whatever employee plowed onto 495 this morning in Littleton needs to be more careful. They cut me off in the right lane and proceeded to cut across the highway, causing us all to slam on our brakes, as they flew over to the passing lane. It was a slippery morning and they were travelling very fast and switching lanes with no directionals and not enough room to do so. Happy Monday.

One of their trucks was driving very erratic on 95 south today around the Seekonk exit. The driver was on his phone and swerving between lanes: almost ran me off the road.

While I was driving on the highway to visit my hospitalized wife these guys were tailgating me and throwing hand gestures up in the air. They followed literally 5 feet from my bumper while traffic moved at about 60 mph for 5 miles. If their driving is indicative of their work, stay away. Completely uncalled for. I contemplated posting the dash cam footage, but it's not worth my time. Disgusting behavior.

Why is it that some contractors who are smokers will lie in the face of residents of buildings where they’re working & say management “gave them permission”? You can’t get permission to blow smoke in the windows of people with respiratory issues who are literally ON OXYGEN & telling you they’re bothered by it. Cullen’s workers need to learn some respect & stop lying. Someone from Mystic Place management actually had to show up & tell them to cut it out because they didn’t have the decency to stop when an elderly & disabled resident asked them to. The truck in the photo is a few feet from the resident’s window which he had open because it’s a HOT DAY, the AC is out, and he has DIFFICULTY BREATHING… what part of that is hard to understand?? If you have to smoke on your break, do what residents are required to do and step off the property.

When I had a problem with my gas furnace many of my condo neighbors recommended Evolved Mechanical to me. Mike and Jesse came right out and were able to explain the problem to me and fix it quickly. They were highly knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I was extremely pleased with their service and will absolutely continue to call on them in the future. Highly recommended!

Evolved Mechanical was a great choice for our furnace replacement and central air installation. They were quick to respond and start the work. Sam was very helpful in resolving a small problem we had after our installation. He came over on the weekend and fixed our problem quickly! He was very thorough in checking all possibilities, as well as explaining what he was doing and looking for, which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend Evolved to anyone!

We worked with Evovled to add ministers to our previously unconditioned 3rd floor. From the quoting process all the way through to the finished project, Evolved was always quick and efficient, communicated clearly, and answered all of my (many) questions. They worked with us to make sure we got the HVAC solution we needed, not just what we thought we wanted. We are very happy with their service and highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience with the guys from Evolved! Mike and Cody came to evaluate our leaky pipe issue and were extremely polite and professional. They came back with Owen a few days later and took care of the issue. It was a bit complex, as it involved cutting a wall and removing a large piece of 120 year old vertical pipe. The worked quickly, but thoughtfully, so as to minimize removal of pieces of wall. They went above and beyond by replacing the pieces of wall board (that we had removed), which was very helpful to us.

A true 5-star experience from start to finish! My initial call to the office was handled by Monica, who was very friendly, listened intently to my problem, and quickly scheduled an appointment for my furnace repair. Soon after scheduling, she called back to offer an earlier appointment (next day). My next interaction was with Mike (the service tech), who was excellent from the moment he arrived (on-time). Mike worked diligently to diagnose what was found to be a rather tricky issue. Mike was able to solve the problem, guided me in what he was doing throughout, and was a pleasure to work with.

Very pleased with the work Evolved did in my home. I had mini splits installed in the house and converted from oil to gas heating. The house is relatively old but they did a fantastic job clearing out the old boiler, oil tank and hot water tank.They were very communicative throughout the process and I would gladly work with them again the future.
