The stains were completely gone, even though they were extremely dark. Raymond even left behind some of his deodorizer/cleaner, just in case. Above and beyond! I am so thankful for the carpet cleaning service I received from We Do More Carpet Cleaning, especially from Ernest. After we bought a new carpet, we came home from a trip and found a stain. When I tried to clean it myself, the spot just got bigger. I reached out, and Ernest asked me to send some photos. He picked up the carpet section and took it back to work on it for a few days, promising to do his best. I wasn’t very hopeful, but when he brought it back a week later, you could barely tell there was ever a stain. Ernest also showed me how to care for my carpet in the future.
