Provided us with a next day service call. The technician arrived at a scheduled time, was knowledgeable and friendly.. answered all my questions. Great service!

My oil burner stopped working, and I called mansfield oil to see if they could service it. It was going to be 15° and I don’t have any heat plus I am home alone with a one year old. They told me “I didn’t get oil from them for a while so Im not a regular customer and it doesn’t matter if it’s an emergency, they will only service their customers.” I will never get oil from you and I will make sure I tell everyone else not to.

Terrible experience over the phone. The lady I spoke with was extremely rude. I just had a few questions since I am a first time home buyer. She was blunt and not helpful at all. I tried asking my questions she wouldn’t listen. I honestly with that experience would never go back to them. Especially if this is the kind of service you can expect to get. Maybe it was just this one disgruntled employee but if she’s the one answering calls then I don’t want to see how the rest of them handle situations especially if it’s a problem from them.

I called Mansfield Oíl at about 6pm. Keith, a service person, answered the phone directly. I explained that my AC unit was not working correctly. He was friendly, took the contact information and asked me if he could call me in the morning to set up a time to do a service call. I agreed and Keith followed up in the morning and we set up an appointment for 10:30am.

Keith arrived on time and did the testing and determined that 2 pounds of frion was needed. He checked the electrical outside and inside the house. Keith answered all my question. Got the job done quickly and was very professional. I highly recommend Mansfield Oil and service pro Keith Sargent II.

I've been a customer of Mansfield Oil for 8 years now and I've always been 200% impressed. Keith is one of the most helpful people I know. He has not only come to rescue me from heating issues with my 38 year old boiler several times, he teaches me as he works so I can learn about my house's heating system and take care of future problems before they arise.
Keith is an intuitive engineer and takes care of my boiler like it's his own grandma's, even coming the same day when something arises. Five stars! Definitely hire Mansfield Oil.

I recently hired Denis Marrese to install the wiring for a backyard water feature, and I’m happy to report he’s not just an electrician—he’s the kind of guy who treats your home like it’s his own (only with better tools).

The job involved tapping into the house’s electrical system and running about 100 feet of wire and conduit under our lawn to power a submerged pump. Since the design includes a place to dip your feet—because nothing says summer like borderline-electrified relaxation—it was essential to have proper safety measures in place. Denis selected and installed the right protective device to instantly shut off power in the event of a short circuit, preventing the worst-case scenario of backyard toe-toasting.

Beyond the technical work, Denis was polite, thoughtful, and asked all the right questions. He stayed on budget, cleaned up after himself, and didn’t treat any part of the project like a mystery to be endured. That kind of professionalism is rare—and much appreciated.

Bottom line: If you need a skilled, safety-conscious electrician who actually listens (and doesn’t try to upsell you into rewiring your whole house), Denis Marrese is your guy.

Denis and his crew came to clean all the mini-split units in my apartment building. They did an excellent job they were professional, efficient, and left everything spotless. The units are running perfectly. I highly recommend them.hly recommend them.

Everyone was an absolute joy to work with! They all had great communication, arrived when they said they would or let me know if there was a reason they wouldn't. Denis was amazingly helpful dealing with the red tape around the loans and rebates for a heat pump (he did all the hard parts, we just had to give him the info and get the check from the bank). They even were really accommodating about what they would work on when so we could minimize the stress for my anxious dog. Even the people they recommended for plumbing (we needed a water heater as well as the heat pump) and insulation were great to work with and great about communication. Absolutely recommend them!
