Booker Electrical just finished installing a Generac system at our house in Medford. Very professional from start to finish. Competitive pricing, responsive to inquiries and straight talking. Everything went smoothly - I highly recommend this company.

We moved into a house that had a generator installed by Booker, so naturally I set up my annual maintenance with them and it was the best decision. I could not be happier with their responsiveness and quality of their customer service.

During one of the recent storms my generator failed after about 12 hours and I called them in the middle of the night to leave a voicemail and hopefully get a response back in the morning. However, they responded to my call that same night and had their technician come and trouble shoot my generator that same night. The part was not available, but they were able to source it and have it fixed the next morning while the power was still out. During the whole process they stayed in touch and checked in afterwards to make sure everything was running smoothly.

I am so happy to have found Booker for my generator service and would recommend them to anyone that is looking to install a generator or maintain their generator. Thank you in particular to Brendan and Cameron for all your dedicated help!

We recently switched to Booker Electric from another company, because prices were lower and multiple folks in our community recommended them. After three encounters with this company, our expectations have beef surpassed. Appointments have been easy to make by phone, and the receptionists have been very kind, polite, precise and organized. Service has been punctual, and the service professionals we’ve encountered have been very knowledgeable and client-centered, eager to offer explanations and helpful hints.

we had left a voicemail message for help at midnight because of an electrical outage and generator dysfunction, he e-mailed and then phoned me at about 8:00 AM and promptly came to our home. He confidently diagnosed an unusual malfunction, and resolved the issue within five minutes. He gave detailed and understandable explanations and sound advice, and he charged a very fair price.

When I phoned him later that day with questions about our generator function, he immediately returned to the house to test the generator. He resolved the issue and did not charge for the second visit or his diagnostics. I was happily stunned!

It is clear to me that Brandon and his colleagues are proud of their devotion to customer service and satisfaction. I warmly recommend them.

We hired Booker Electric to install a Generac whole-home generator. They were great to work with including all employees who came to my home to do the work as well as the office staff. Brandon was easy to work with from the date he came out to give me a proposal. He never made us feel as if any question was silly and very patiently took to the time to answer all questions. All work was performed in a professional manner and they left all areas in good condition when done. The other companies that quoted did not included the trench work (for propane line) and required that I get another proposal as well as coordinate another company. We highly recommend Booker Electric as well as look forward to working with them to service the generator in the future.

We "inherited" a generator when we purchased our house over the summer and knew it needed to be serviced before winter really hits. We were connected with Booker Electrical Services via the Generac website and were quickly contacted to set up an appointment. Brandon was great to work with. He quickly identified that our generator needed a new battery in addition to the general maintenance and replaced it then and there. The price seemed fair, the service was excellent and thorough, and he was very knowledgeable on how to best maintain our generator. I'd highly recommend them!

I recently had Booker Electrical Services upgrade my commercial building to 3 phase and bring all of my panels up to code. They also wired our 3 phase spray booth. They showed up when they said they were going to, charged a very fair price, held true to their quote, communicated well and did a very clean job. The staff is professional and knowledgeable all the way from the owner to the electricians on site. This was a great experience and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and professional electrician.

My husband and I hired Booker Electric to install a Generac whole-home generator. They were fantastic. Of all the companies I called for an estimate, Booker was the only one to actually send a person to our house to measure for an accurate estimate. Brandon spent a lot of time explaining every step and answering my multitude of questions. He made everything easy to understand without talking down to me. Booker Electric handled every single detail for the installation - from permitting and inspections with the city to scheduling a plumbing company to install the gas lines. I had absolutely none of the headache of so many moving parts to deal with. Pam was wonderful at handling all of the scheduling and my questions during the process. The actual installation was seamless. The electricians were on time, very nice and they cleaned up every shred of trash when they were done and tidied up where they were working in our basement. This was the easiest improvement project we've ever dealt with by far, making me wish all companies were as easy and pleasant to work with as Booker Electric.

Jake from Booker Electrical came onsite to service our Generac. Jake is highly proficient in his skills and meticulous in his work practices. A bonus is that Jake is very personable, cheerful and polite which makes hosting him onsite a pleasant and happy experience. Thank you Jake and Booker for keeping our system running in top form and function. Pam managed the pre-visit scheduling and followup while working closely with service reps in the field. Great teamwork and Pam also worked directly with me to ensure everything went smoothly.

In addition to our designer having a “no it can’t be done” attitude, we have found the quality of the closets to be quite poor. They are not custom as much as they are prefabricated IKEA parts that they configure for you at a huge price. There are many instances of the custom aspect missing from our closets. For a bit of chipboard and glue the price is very unreasonable and the instillation quality is extremely poor.

We had a great experience from start to finish with Brian and his team. Good advice and suggestions along with a prompt and on time installation. Highly recommend.

We purchased a wall unit for our living room from CSC. Amanda assisted us in the design phase. She is well versed in the product as well as design. The unit was designed/built to fit the room. The crew showed up to install the unit when they said they would. The installation went well and they left our place as clean as when they arrived. We shopped three different companies before deciding to go with CSC. Their design and overall finished appearance was the best value we found. We will use them again when the need arises.

I worked with Laura for the design. She was thorough, listened to what I wanted, and made excellent recommendations to fit what I had in mind. Great at solutioning to accommodate an access panel without disrupting the overall design. Installation was done in 1 day. T was superb, and willing to accommodate some minor adjustments.

I never write reviews, though I always appreciate when people do, and I felt the need to say just how great of an experience that I had with Closet & Storage Concepts. They listened to exactly what we were looking for, and helped design closets systems that are tailored to meet our growing needs as well as our budget. The installer, the owner and the office manager that I met throughout the process were all first class people and I was very impressed. I have had other projects done at my house, but I can't think of a vendor that I have been as happy with! And to think, I almost tried to install something like this myself!!!
