I found R&S Cleanouts when I googled local companies. After reviewing the 3 companies in my area, R&S was hands down the best choice. Their reviews were outstanding and after having them complete a job at my house today, they absolutely deserve the 5 star reviews they have gotten. Robert was highly responsive and accommodated my scheduling needs. He confirmed his arrival time in the morning of the job and arrived on time later that day. They worked quickly and efficiently remove several items I no longer wanted and could not donate. The team was respectful of my property and the price for th work they did was more than fair. I recommend them without reservation.

Very responsive and easy to work with! They were able to come out the next day for a free estimate and did the work the same day. They were on time and very professional. We had to make a few adjustments to what we wanted hauled away, but they were very flexible and worked with us. They hauled away for us some fridges, stoves, and water heater tanks with no problem. Pricing was very reasonable as well. Would definitely use them again!

These men were incredible. Tireless, they left a garage clean as a whistle. Very nice guys. I recommend them highly. We are definitely going to use then again.

I did call Robert, arranged time, he gave me price without any hidden cost by looking at photos/description!(not like some companies need come estimate first, then do the work, well I didn't have time for free estimation), Robert and his team showed up on time, did a great job! Amazing, they took everything, cleaned well, paid attention to detail, Robert also communicated well with us, we are very satisfied his service. Israel and Jarred were so efficient in cleaning out my shed! They came to give me the free estimate and it was a very fair price so we decided to proceed with the work. They were so fast and kind and we really appreciate what an amazing job they did!

Highly recommend this father and son team! They were super friendly and professional, arrived right on time, gave us an estimate within five minutes, took payment on their phone, and went right to work loading up 1,000 square feet of junk into their truck. They finished in less than an hour! Their quote was also HALF the price of two others that we received. Thank you!

Robert was awesome. Got a call immediately after emailing and he came out the next morning to remove some old paint and polyurethane. He was on time, friendly and pricing was better than I expected. Highly recommend!

Scheduled a junk removal on May 15 for a June 9 date, for 10:45 AM. I called an hour before the appointment confirming that the removal was still going to happen. No one showed up. No one reached out telling me there was any delays or that they could not come. I called the owner, who was not picking up his phone. I texted, no response. Voicemail was full so I couldn't leave a voicemail. If a company can't do it for whatever reason anymore or is running late, it's respectful to reach out to the person and let them know, maybe try to reschedule. But in fact, when an appointment is made nearly a month in advance, It's safe to assume that the client needed to plan that day ahead of time in order to make it happen. With that in mind, getting blown off when a day was set aside for this service is even more frustrating. If they could not service for any reason, they could have let me know ahead of time so I could schedule another company on this day that I already set aside. That would be respecting the client's time and letting them know to give them the opportunity to plan. If something last minute happened, it's still respectful to let the client know so we can discuss a reschedule. Getting blown off and dodging calls is incredibly childish, unprofessional, and a sad way to handle a business. At the end of the day, I'm glad I didn't end up spending my money with them. Best of luck in your searches ahead.

Robert and Tommy showed up on time. They cleared out furniture in 20 min and are very reasonably priced. Very careful of the walls, doors and floors. Highly recommend!

R&S Junk Cleanouts did an amazing job getting my rental unit cleared out after a tenant who was hoarding moved out and left all their belonging. Their pricing was more than fair and they were efficient. I received quotes from other companies that it would take nearly 2 weeks to clean out, Robert and Sheila along with this crew showed up the next day and got it done in 8 hrs. I highly recommend using them.

Rob and his team were absolutely outstanding! He came out on a moment’s notice to help my family clear out unwanted junk from our house and garage to get ready for the fall and storing an additional car. What really stood out was his professionalism and attention to detail. He took extra care to make sure nothing was damaged while moving large items out of the house that have been isolated in the house and garage for a while. We could tell Rob truly cared about doing the job the right way. He was respectful of our time, our home, and our belongings.
