Fagone did a great job on replacing our heating system. They were on time, had great communication throughout the whole process and were competitively priced.

After a very unpleasant experience with a local plumbing company in Marblehead,
I found Fagone Plumbing. Jesse came to my home to install a bathroom faucet and was pleasant and knowledgeable. I was impressed at how quickly he completed the job . I intend to use Fagone for all of my plumbing and heating needs.

The team at Fagone were great to work with. They worked fast, efficient and were on call if I needed them. Customer service was great.

I feel bad giving them a 3 star because I have had luck with them in the past but this time I was highly disappointed. I called for no heat, they sent a tech who spent 3 hours on site, replaced the ignitor but said that didn’t work and they had to special order an ignitor that would be there the next day. Fast forward 5 days later and it’s still not in. I called another plumbing company and they came out and had the issue fixed in 1.5 hours (including 45 minutes to drive and get the part). My tenants had no heat that entire time during the coldest days of the month so far. I haven’t received the bill yet but can only imagine what they will charge for the “diagnostic.” They also weren’t communicative about the status at all, I had to call 3-4 times. Maybe bad luck this time, not sure.

Very knowledgeable and professional! Recently moved to a new home and didn’t know anything about the boiler. Fagone was able to provide me information and answer all my questions and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend.

Jesse was great and adjusted my burner and bled all my radiators and got heat working in all of them. He told me about getting maintenance in the fall to check everything and I’ve already booked it for October. Very pleased with the service! Thanks.

It was an emergency call late on a Friday night. Sabor arrived promptly. He was thorough in assessing the problem and fixing our furnace. I would highly recommend Sabor. I give him and Fagone plumbing five stars!

My baseboard heat wasn’t working and Jesse came by and found a loose wiring and quickly fixed it and explained the issue. In and out in 15 minutes. The next day, a different zone for our radiators wasn’t working and Nick(the owner) personally called me back and was over at my house within 20 minutes. He found another wiring issues that he quickly fixed.

Great customer service and highly recommend for any heating services if you live in Marblehead or surrounding towns.

After getting a recommendation, I called and set up an appointment with Fagone Plumbing.  On the scheduled day, it was pleasant to meet Jesse at the front door and he was ready to get down to business once inside the house.
To Sum Up: I found Jesse to be PROFESSIONAL and KNOWLEDGEABLE at his trade and I was satisfied with the service provided.   Moving forward, I feel confident that I have found a company that will respond and is capable of getting any work I may need completed.  Thankful for the recommendation provided by my friend and for the good work provided by Jesse — I now have a new service provider in FAGONE PLUMBING. HEATING and AIR CONDITIONING.

I cannot say enough great things about this company. Right before a major snowstorm, our heat stopped working and we were in a panic. They came out quickly, were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. The technician diagnosed the issue right away and had our heat up and running in no time. I will always use Fagone in the future and highly recommend this company to everyone!

Fagone answered our call on a holiday and showed up within a couple hours to diagnose the problem. They were able to order and install the broken part within 24 hours. Very friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. We have used Fagone a number of times for different plumbing and hvac projects and have found them to be great providers.

RIP OFF!!! utterly disgusted! Elderly woman 40 gallon water heater installation $3100 on a Sunday. We were quoted a diagnostic fee flat rate of 399 nothing about $400 per hour and another $400 driving time to the house and back! we would have waited a day !!!!!!!!! 6 yr warantee and not top tier, whatever we have he said!

It’s just gouging in the plainest form. Super nice guy so very professional -five stars for that service man! He spent exactly 4 hours there from 845 until just before 1. based on the camera , so the extra hour for $400 I am assuming is to drive there and back. we hired based on reviews of others. i missed the ones on gouging, they are there! live and learn!

We hired Nick and his crew to install a new Air Source Mitsubishi Heat Pump and ductless mini splits.

Throughout the entire process, Nick was transparent, patient and professional. He addressed all of our family's needs before, during, and after the installation. The end result is fantastic. The workmanship is evident; his crew is well trained, courteous, clean/tidy and professional. We found Fagone's quote to be extremely competitive with the market. Shannon at the front desk was also very pleasant to work with, handling my various questions and concerns throughout the process.

Fagone plumbing is a fantastic group to work with. Today we had a circulator on one of our boilers start grinding and displaying error lights. Within 2 hours they sent Sabor over to exchange it. He was very professional, friendly, skilled and had it done in no time. He left the area cleaner than he found it and I can tell the quality of his work, as for all of the folks at Fagone was excellent. You will not regret using them!

A pump for our boiler went on New Year's Day of all times. Nick the owner happened to be on call that day and arrived within a few hours to fix it. Incredible service! He was also extremely knowledgeable about our HE boiler and adjusted the settings so we wouldn't have a similar pump issue in the future. They just recently came back to do the full yearly service and the tech who came was excellent and very knowledgeable about HE boilers, did a great job.
