Coopers Lane saved the day when my furnace died during a cold snap. They rushed over and tried everything to fix it fast. Even though the part they needed was hard to find, they got it on Monday and had it installed in just an hour. They were super nice and professional the whole time. Definitely recommend them!

I called this company as a recommendation from my long-term HVAC person since he was unable to identify a leak in one of my heating and air-conditioning units. Specifically a heat pump that both heats and cools. The person from Cooper Lane showed up on time, was very friendly, and as soon as they looked at some of the insulation wrapping on one of the out side Connections, he told me that specific wrapping had been recalled because it eats away at the copper lines. He took several pictures, and told me he would turn this over for pricing and next steps. I followed up twice with this company, the first time I was asked what the issue was wasn’t the job completed. I shared what I was told about the insulation and she then proceeded to tell me that the quote and next steps were being worked on and someone will get back to me in two days. Despite some other very favorable reviews on this organization, I can’t share the same. I still have not received any follow from this organization, and I moved on to another HVAC contractor who was immediately able to address my issue. Use this firm at your own risk I guess would be the summary of this long review.

I had an appointment in a couple weeks to have my furnace cleaned with them. The other night after being away for a couple days I came home to no heat! A neighbor came by and fixed it but said get your furnace cleaned sooner! Knowing that they’re booked out I called and they came out the next day! I cannot say enough about this company. I highly recommend them. Thank you for everything.

David and his team did an outstanding job at our Marion home. The equipment looks great and we are amazed how comfortable the whole house is with the new system. We went with a mix of ducted and ductless with both floor mounted and wall mounted ductless splits. David met his commitment for install date even though it was peak summer season. His crew was polite and professional and the quality of workmanship shows.

They worked on my outdoor AC in very cold weather the work was done exactly in the time frame they had scheduled, I can’t comment on its performance yet but I am looking forward to turn it on this Summer

Cooper Lane did a great job. They were knowledgeable and helped us feel comfortable with the decisions on which products to choose. When our mini split units arrived damaged, they were able to rectify the issue quickly and still complete the job on time.

I wasn't very happy with the price $275 to replace the batteries for the thermostat? I told the office person that the thermostat didn't show a display.The technician already seemed to know that it was the battery because he asked if he could come sooner and that it wouldn't take long LOL! You just learn from these experiences!!

Matt was the tech that came to my home to look at an issue I had with my Mitsubishi split unit. He was professional and sympathetic to my concerns and issues. He was able to resolve one issue and we have another one to work on when a part arrives.

Had an urgent heating issue that us without heating overnight on a cold winter day, and with an infant at home. They rushed somebody out to help us and our technician walked my husband through some important processes and was so sweet and helpful. Will absolutely be setting up regular service through Cooper Lane.

This company was the third one I contacted looking for quotes. David was far and above the other 2. He spent an hour in the house explaining everything and coming up with different scenarios. He put together 3 different options so I could choose one without feeling pressured. He was very flexible with my availability. When the workers came for the installation they were prompt, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I've had the system for about 5 months now and was pleased with its cooling abilities. Now to see how well it warms. Bottom line: I highly recommend David and his crew!

We scheduled for a new AC in Mattapoisett for my elderly grandmother. From day one, we had an estimated and the technician was very polite and professional. Honest price and even better employee. The day of the installation, the employees showed up on time and even early. My grandmother and I were so impressed how thoughtful the two technicians were. We can’t recommend them enough to our friends and family. Also the office lady in the office was so nice and helpful. The communication with the company is top notch. We get detailed estimates. Reminder of the scheduled work date. We really are very lucky to have found them.

Technician was very knowledgeable and did fix my problem. He also did not overcharge me. Price was very reasonable. I would definitely do business with them again.

The tech was professional, knowledgeable, and had a solution for me in minutes. What would’ve taken me a full day of Youtube took him 10 minutes. Super impressed and grateful for the quick service!

I met Dave the beginning of this year and was very happy I did.
