Update: I initially had a great experience with this company during the initial visit and assessment. Their communication was prompt and informative, which gave me hope for a smooth process. However, things took a downturn when we encountered a back-ordered part. While I understand that these delays can happen, the lack of communication since then has been extremely frustrating.

It has now been six months since the issue arose, and I've made over ten calls trying to get updates on the situation. Each time, I was promised a callback that never came. While I want to be understanding about the back order, the ongoing lack of communication and updates is unacceptable.

Throughout the summer, we struggled without air conditioning on our second floor, and while I appreciate that the company lent us a window unit to help, we are now facing winter months without a clear plan or timeline from them.

Technician was thorough, knowledgeable, and personable, and very careful with our property. (Work done outdoors on our air conditioning had him working in area with Irises in full bloom and he was cautious around them.) In general he was a pleasure to have working both in our home and in our yard. Cost of work was very reasonable. Another excellent experience with Cooper Lane. And once again, happy to highly recommend.

Excellent, fast, reliable, honest and reasonably priced service. You call, they answer unlike other companies. They treat you like a person, not a dollar sign and don’t use scare tactics to get you to commit to things that aren’t needed. Going from a previous hvac company with an extremely poor experience that come to find out had terrible reviews to coming to this company who was highly rated and truly deserves every positive review possible. It’s nice to have small mom and pops type companies that are reliable and honest. Very friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and professional technicians that take the time to listen to you as well as thoroughly explain things making it easy to understand what is going on.

Cooper Lane Heating and cooling is an exceptional company, from the owner, to the office personnel, to the installers. We have had them do both heating and air conditioning in our home. Every aspect of our interactions were first rate, professional, punctual, efficient, knowledgeable, neat and tidy, and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this company!

I highly recommend this company. We found them here and couldn't be happier with the friendly, trustworthy service we've experienced over the past 2 and a half years. The pricing is fair, the company reliable, and the people are trustworthy. The owner himself, David, even recommended not completing an unnecessary maintenance service, which would have cost us much more money. It's hard to find this kind of honestly these days.

Central air conditioning unit failed.....blows hot air. Temp in house was in the 90's. Tech was super busy, but committed to stop by. Matt showed up after 5 PM, assessed the problem and replaced the compressor capacitor. Everything was working perfectly when he left. Cooper Lane is very responsive and solves problems quickly. Highly recommend this company.

In a time where it is hard to get someone to come out and give an estimate, David from Cooper Lane was on the job! He got us an estimate for central AC within days and walked us through the entire process. The job was done within 3 weeks of the initial phone call and they went above and beyond to fit us into their schedule when they found out a new baby was coming home. Cooper Lane installed our ductless mini split system three years ago, and we have always been happy with both the system and their service.

Today, our technician Matt came by for a regular service check, and once again, everything was handled with professionalism and care. He was right on time, respectful of our home, and very clean — he made sure everything was tidy before he left, which we really appreciated.
