I have used Property One since I have opened The Atlantic Bistro. Corbin and his crew have always done an exceptional job keeping the restaurant beautiful! Thank you!

The team did a great job on our new driveway, walkway and breezeway installing pavers and bluestone treads and landings. Huge upgrade to our home and entryways!

Having experienced other companies in the area, Property One continues to impress. These guys always go above and beyond, they are fast thorough, reliable and honest. Highly recommend.

Great job by Corbin and his team at Property One on my lawn and sprinkler install. Lawn looks great and at a great price.

Corbin and his team did quality work at my property replacing a failing retaining wall and installing a new front walkway. I will use again and would highly recommend!

I love these guys, they did an amazing job. We have a monster property and their work was impectable, clean and professional.

I needed Property One to install my irrigation system quickly, as i was having a wedding at my home and they came in and completed the job with efficiency and professionalism. I recommend

I live in Lakeville and had been looking for a landscape company to do yard clean ups and landscaping work. Hired one company and was disappointed in not only their high costs but their poor workmanship. Found Corbin and Landscape1, they came out to do some minor clean up. We have appx .1 3/4 acres with 1/2 acre of landscape and lawns.

Corbin's (the owner) guys showed up when I was at work and they did an unsupervised bang up job! I contracted for them to pick up piles of leaves that we had blown together, but they just did the entire yard. Every leaf, every stick on the lawn was gone. The gardens were cleaned up, the islands by the street were cleaned up like never before. They did the best clean up job ever. I have done this work myself every year and end up bagging 20-30 bags of leaves. It is so much better to have these guys show up and do it. Plus the price was no higher than what every other lawn service company charged. I highly recommend these guys, but hope my posting doesn't increase their business to the point to where I can't get them to come back again!

Corbin and the guys were great. Very conscientious and professional.
I look forward to working with them again soon.

I bought 6 yards of mulch from Property One Landscape. I thought the mulch was top quality, price was very fair and execution on delivery was excellent. I would definitely hire them again.

We have used Property One since moving to the area two years ago. They put in a new lawn, have transplanted bushes, do weekly maintenance, and rebuilt a retaining wall. I have worked with many members of the team and all are professional and do exceptional work. I highly recommend them.

We have had great service from Property One this past season. Corbin is easy to reach, responsive, and professional. His team does excellent work.

I am a property manager for three homes in Piney Point in Marion, MA and they take care of all of them. I can give them a 5 star rating without any hesitation. They go above and beyond and their staff is incredible. We are constantly asked who does our lawns.

Thorough leaf removal and pruning of ornamental planting. Place looks great.

Property One manages my in-ground irrigation system. Corbin Figueiredo is responsive, professional and well-informed of all new technological advances. A pleasure with whom to work.

This team provided great service for laying driveway stones . I requested additional services from Property One since they did a good job and were friendly and easy to talk with. I hope the next job is as successful.

From the start, Corbin was thorough, professional, friendly and detail oriented. Appreciated the scope of work in writing. His team is fabulous, went right to work with a fantastic spring clean-up that I was super happy with!! Look forward to working together this year!!
