Reviews of local pros in Marion, Massachusetts

quick and clean delivery of some really nice mulch, our narrow drive made this delivery a tricky one, but Property one sent an appropriate sized truck with a polite and careful professional driver. Will definitely use again!

Through the years, I’ve had great response and service from the management of Property One ((Corbin). The landscape team has done a complete and thorough job with my requests and I highly recommend them!

Great company. Showed when they were scheduled and completed the work. Great job. Can't ask for more

Very happy with the work Property One has done at our home. Corbin is dependable, thorough and always available to answer any questions. Highly recommend!

Property One has great products to make your landscape look its best. I chose their black mulch which does not have color additives; it spreads easily and clean and looks great!

The crew at Property One were super friendly and helpful in the process of redesigning, removal of old landscaping and changing the hardscaping to better work for my property.
My stone driveway came out great and the hydro seeding is looking great.
Not only did the work transform my property but they worked with my schedule to make it all happen.

Corbin and Property One did an amazing job refreshing our stone driveway way. He was professional , prompt and responded to all questions and communication. They arrived the date and completed the job as scheduled. I am going to have more landscaping work done with Property One and Corbin .

So impressed with this company! Corbin and his crew put in a cobblestone and pebble driveway and did an excellent job and on time. Attention to detail and pride in their work was evident. Highly recommend them!

Corbin and the crew are very professional, did an excellent job with our patio, and and made sure they took care of the areas in our yard that were damaged by heavy equipment. Highly recommend them!

Property One completed several projects for us. We initially hired them to install a stone driveway. We were so happy with how it came out, we hired them to also install a walkway, new plants and aerate the lawn. Professional crew, great to work with. Will definitely be reaching back out with more projects in the future. Highly recommend!

I have had a great experience with this company!. The staff was professional; polite; and respectful. They would come early; work throughout the day; and clean up when they were leaving. I would recommend this company to anyone and I hope to use them in the future.
Thank you, Susan Hood

Corbin and his team did a great job adding onto my patio and engineering a ramp to my garage. They were timely and had great communication with me. I would highly recommend Property One.

Corbin and Property One were outstanding from start to finish. We purchased our home with a vision of making our backyard a nice additional living space. Corbin was key to making that come true for us. Corbin and his team are thoughtful, diligent and pay attention to all the appropriate details. I recommend Property One for your landscaping!

Great company with responsive and great leadership. Thank you Southcoast Improvement!

SCI has worked closely with one of our senior housing clients and has performed at admirable levels. Working around a frail population is NOT an easy task. SCI's crew kept projects on time, on budget and kept all our key people informed. That is why they are brought back for additional renovations.

South Coast Improvements delivers on some of the most intricate and difficult jobs in New England. Their Supers and Foreman are highly skilled, experienced and helpful. South Coast's office and management always seem to overachieve and leave their customers happy. As a subcontractor they are one of the best to work for!

Excellent work

Burke Electrical is the best local electrician around! I would not trust my electrical repairs to anyone else. They do a wonderful job with every project I’ve had!

Kevin and Ryan did an outstanding job helping us to design and implement lighting and other electrical solutions for our new kitchen - they are the best!

Kevin Burke and Son - specifically Ryan who is now running the business are awesome! We have worked with them on several larger projects and a couple small needs. Ryan is very responsive - getting back to texts or calls within 24 hours. He shows up when he says and is very professional. Luke who works with him is an asset as well. We have worked with a number of subs in 2.5 years and Ryan ranks at the top of the list.

We have been lucky enough to have had many services performed by Burke Electrical Contractors. From small jobs to large jobs. Ryan is always responsive, thorough, neat and polite. I recommend him 💯% across the board.
