In a time where it is hard to get someone to come out and give an estimate, David from Cooper Lane was on the job! He got us an estimate for central AC within days and walked us through the entire process. The job was done within 3 weeks of the initial phone call and they went above and beyond to fit us into their schedule when they found out a new baby was coming home. Cooper Lane Heating & Cooling come highly recommend for a reason. They took their time and everything is working great. We couldn't be happier!

Cooper Lane installed our ductless mini split system three years ago, and we have always been happy with both the system and their service.

Today, our technician Matt came by for a regular service check, and once again, everything was handled with professionalism and care. He was right on time, respectful of our home, and very clean — he made sure everything was tidy before he left, which we really appreciated. It’s clear that Cooper Lane takes pride in their work and values their customers.

Had an issue with our furnace. Tyler came out and was friendly without being obsequious. He explained the issue clearly and concisely. Had it fixed within a couple hours, and the cost was very reasonable. Will definitely call on this company again.

Matthew was a terrific and an incredible professional. He answered my questions fully, he taught me how to use my remote and he gave me options if I wanted to pursue alternative and improved Heat exchange systems. I'm very grateful to have his help and support

David and his staff were very accommodating. They did a great job, left our home in an immaculate condition. The system works great, keeping us warm! This was the second project they have done for us. As a restoration Architect I highly recommend them for all your HVAC work.

The installation of my heat pump got off to a bit of bumpy start but Cooper Lane stood behind their work and smoothed everything out, to everyone's satisfaction. The most reasonable plumber in the Wareham area. Super knowledgeable staff easy on the eyes too. I was apprehensive about hiring a plumber to replace my broken hot water heater . My experience with Gibbs was superb They were honest reliable reasonable experienced but most importantly honest. Sam did a stellar job replacing my hot water heater. They did a great job working with me to get the min split system I wanted and then helped me with the MassSave rebates! Installation was a breeze and their installers were amazing, even helped let our dogs out when we had to goto work!

We called our water heater went they where there the next morning putting the new one in. They were fast, nice, the price was great we called 3 plumbers Gibbs price beat them all by a landslide. I would definitely due business with this company. Outstanding Job Well Done!
