I was fully prepared to just buy a new dryer. The tech talked me out of it, turns out it was a straightforward fix and cost me a fraction of what a replacement would've run. Friendly guy, honest assessment, and it's been working fine ever since.

Months of uneven baking and I'd just been adjusting recipes trying to compensate. Finally called and the appliance repair man had the oven sorted in under an hour. I wish I hadn't waited so long. Professional, clean, and knew exactly what he was doing.

Excellent service, and put out a fire in the dryer's exhaust vent.

The 508 number voicemail is constantly full and the "text" number does not respond. Don't waste your time with these guys

Ed was awesome! He came right out figured out the issue ordered the part and fixed my washer within a couple days!

0/10 stars This man came out only takes cash, charges $165 to come out and. $35 for every 20 min he’s there. He did not fix my washer left it full of water for me to drain out, then gave me a quote for what “possibly could be wrong with it” for $570. I wouldn’t recommend him to my enemy

Ed was in the area when I called him and he came over the same day. He knew what he was doing, had the parts with him and got the dryer fixed quickly. I highly recommend him!

Ed came out and appraised what the issue was with our Washer/Dryer. We paid $300 to have a piece ordered. Ed said the part was on back order and never refunded us the money. Multiple phone calls and texts messages were made and no response. SCAM. BEWARE.

Edward came next day and quickly diagnosed the problem with my dryer. The fix was thankfully easy and saved me hundreds of dollars. He also looked at my freezer and gave me some free advice on how to maintain it. I would definitely use him again.

Freezer stopped working called Marlboro he said he would come the next day (today) between 10-2 took the appointment. But still called around to see if i could get another appointment sooner so we didn’t have to throw all of our groceries away. Apparently he’s the same as Worcester appliance repair and so when we called there he was rude and said he gets charged for each phone call he gets then asked if we wanted to cancel our appointment, no we did not want to cancel. Sorry that we didn’t know it was the same person, and secondly if you are getting charged per call you should change your phone service provider. Needless to say he never showed up, did not call to advise if he was running late, or answer the phone when we called to check if he was coming.

I called Marlboro Appliance Repair and Edward answered. I gave him a quick rundown over the phone of what the dishwasher was and wasn't doing. He said he could come over and take a look immediately. After a bit of troubleshooting he knew what the issue was and had it up and running again in about 15 minutes. All told it was fixed an hour after I made the phone call. What more can you ask for?

My dishwasher was fixed by Rick from Marlborough Appliance Repair, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. He was incredibly informed, professional, and efficient. For any more repairs, I will without a doubt give them another call.

Sears finally got my freezer repair done after 3 weeks and 3 visits. The first tech did the minimum possible, just vacuuming dust and hoping for the best - ridiculous he did not actually take out an instrument to assess real issue(s). The tech who worked on it the 2nd and 3rd time was great, and really did what was needed; even though the parts department held things up, and ultimately didn't get right ones to him. I respect the second tech - he just dug in and fixed it; he did care. Everyone else, not so much. Expect long scheduling delays, but they will get it fixed ... on their timetable, not yours.

Lou came out to do a yearly maintenance check up on our appliances. He was friendly, personable, and did a great job. He gave me instructions to keep our stuff working well and I was very happy with him.

The service specialist that arrived (on time) was one of the most helpful I have ever met. Besides fixing our range he offered many tips on keeping the range in good shape and made sure we got all the discounts we could get. Most discounts I would not have known existed.

Excellent. The repair service called during the given time period to let me know that the repair technician would be arriving in a few minutes. The repairman showed up promptly and was courteous. My washer received it's annual tune-up quickly and efficiently.

The WORST service I have ever experienced. Two appointments scheduled for 1 to 5p. The first one they FINALLY arrived AFTER 5p. The 2nd, the incompetent technician couldn't look up my warranty information though 2 persons I called were able to look it up instantly. He called at 4:45p asking about the warranty information. I spent 30 min getting a "job number" for him and called him back. HE WOULDN'T ANSWER THE PHONE and blew off the appointment. He RESCHEDULED it for 2 weeks later without calling me back!!

Extremely disappointed! I have had the washer for a year. The spin cycle is definitely not spinning or draining properly. I would not have called otherwise. Technician did nothing and I’m upset
