I hired Erick and M&M Painting and Landscaping to do a spring clean up of our yard. It was a mess after all the wind this winter. They did an excellent, thorough job. I'm very pleased with their way.

I have never given a bad review but in this case I would feel terrible if people accepted the great review I posted when the job was finished back in April 2024. In April 2024 I had this company paint my back porch and deck, it looked beautiful when it was done. When the winter hit, friends and family were afraid to walk on my steps because they turned into a sheet of ice. Everyone told me the wrong paint was used. Early Spring after snow melted, I noticed the paint was peeling on the floor and railings of the porch and deck. I felt confident the owner would honor thier guarantee so in April 2025, I texted the company and sent pictures of my deck and porch asking if we could schedule repainting of the porch and deck in correct paint. I kept getting told they couldn't do it because of all the rain and that they were just starting a big job. It got later into the Spring/Summer so I put a quick coat of deck stain on the porch and deck floor to cover the unsightly chipping paint. When I thought their outdoor painting and landscaping would be quieter, I once again tried to schedule . I was told it was past the guarantee time and was told my wood was to old and wet to hold paint. I wish they had told me this a year ago in April 2024 before they took my money and applied paint.
I think everyone who pays almost a $1000.00 expects the right paint to be used and that the paint would not peel the first year of having the job complete.
I retract the review I gave back in April 2024. I cannot recommend this company. I've learned my lesson to not make an expensive decision based on someone being nice. I will take the blame for not doing my research. Company said I they cannot work for no pay, but customers should not have to pay for unacceptable work.

TL;DR:
I hired M & M for landscaping and weed removal, but weeds quickly returned despite promises of long-term prevention. After full payment, he stopped responding to calls and never showed up to fix the issue. If you want someone reliable and accountable, look elsewhere.

My experience with M & M painting and landscaping has been extremely disappointing.
He was hired to do landscaping and clear weeds in my backyard. For the landscaped area, he assured me that he would use weed killer so only grass would grow—no weeds. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The area is now filled with weeds. I understand if there are a few weeds, but this is a lot of weeds in the grass.
In a small area of the backyard, where I specifically requested weed removal and fabric, he suggested weed removal and weed killer instead, he guaranteed there would be no weed growth for the rest of the year. Yet, just a few weeks later, the weeds are back in full force.
I reached out to him multiple times. For three weeks, he kept promising to come the following week but never showed up, no call no show. Eventually, he stopped answering my calls. When I tried calling from a different number, he picked up.
I’m shocked by the lack of accountability after he was paid in full. Mistakes happen—but disappearing instead of addressing the problem is unacceptable.
If you're looking for someone who stands by their work and will respond if issues arise after payment, this is not the person for you.

It was a pleasure working with Ever and his team on our hardscapes (bluestone pathway, granite stairs, cobblestone driveway) for our house outside of Boston. I have worked with almost 15 landscaping and hardscape subcontractors over the years and Ever is the best of all of them...he is responsive, fair, kind and just a general pleasure to work with. This is in addition to him providing an excellent end product. I can't recommend him highly enough. I will most certainly use him again.

We really couldn’t ask for a better experience than we did with Ever and his crew at 4ever. He was knowledgeable, creative, and communicable about how he was going to transform our patio and walkways and followed through with results that we couldn’t be happier with. We have been wanting a patio in the backyard since we purchased our home.  At one point we thought of doing it ourselves.  Building a patio on flat ground has it's challenges. Building a patio on a hilly property poses many more challenges.  After several attempts at doing it ourselves we decided we needed a professional.
2021 was the year we were going to move forward with having someone build our dream patio.  We received several estimates for the work.  The first meeting with Ever I was immediately impressed with his ability to understand our vision , acknowledge the challenges our property and provide solutions.
Ever was extremely patient in answering our many questions and  he kept us abreast of a start date and even started earlier than expected.
Ever and his team left our surrounding yard in better shape than it was prior to the build.
We are confident that this patio will indeed last forever.
I can't speak highly enough of Ever and his Forever Patio team.  They were pleasant, conscientious of us and our neighbors, clean and a tour de force!  They did an incredible job!  The patio is gorgeous!
The best compliment I can give is stating that we will be having Ever of 4Ever Patios back to help us with future projects.

Can't say enough positive things about Ever Reyes and his crew. Ever cares greatly about the quality of his work and it shows - the patio and walkway they installed are beautiful. We were pleased with the patio 4 EverPatio designed and built for us. They worked neatly, efficiently, and quickly, even after encountering an unexpected challenge removing our previous concrete pad. Ours was not a big project, but they were willing to come out in a timely fashion and complete our project at the bottom of our new deck.

Last year as new homeowners, 4 Ever Patio worked with us to fit a plan within our budget. We loved it so much we saved to have them come back and double the space. Both projects were completed ahead of schedule, and you cannot even tell we did it over two years, the work is seamless! The patio stays dry throughout the summer and still looks brand new. I cannot recommend them enough.

4Ever Patios did an outstanding job redoing our front walk and the stairs to our front porch and entrance. Not only was the job done in record time, but the handling of the materials and removal of the old walkway was efficient and cleanly done. The finishing design looks very good, and the team even reseeded the abutting lawn, so the whole walk and stairs looked in perfect condition.

We are very pleased, and look forward to working with 4Ever Patios again.

Ever did a large pool patio for us and he was incredible. The experience was everything you want from working with someone who is a consummate professional. He was responsive, knowledgeable, courteous, flexible, and highly skilled. If I ever need more work that he could do I would hire him in an instant. I would recommend him to everyone I know. Just a great guy doing excellent work.

We could not be happier with the work done by Ever and his company. The area around our pool was a mess and now it looks GREAT with the pavers they installed. He worked with us and gave multiple quotes to find the best layout and stay within our budget. Ever is very responsive, professional, and extremely hard working. Highly recommend!

I was one of Ever Reyes first customers when he started his own business about 4 years ago. I have recommended him for at least five other jobs to friends and everyone is well satisfied. He put in a heated driveway , front porch and walkway. The work was done when promised, was performed professionally; they cleaned up after themselves each day. We are delighted with the results. Ours is a quiet street with many people walking past each day. They often stop to tell us how much they like the wall, the pavers and the garden. It has added a new dimension to an old neighborhood, with others improving their walls and gardens.

Ever and his crew were amazing! They installed a paver patio and repaved our driveway. Everything was done super quickly and looks awesome. Ever is super responsive and will help you with design options. He is definitely the best vendor that we have worked with since buying our house. 10/10 would recommend!

Ever and his wonderful crew did a fantastic job of excavating my backyard then built a walkway and patio with retaining wall. They were professional and courteous and I highly recommend them to anyone. They had a high attention to detail and devotion to the job to finish perfectly. Ever re-did my backyard patio and I can't say enough good things about him and his crew. From the beginning, Ever was professional and was able to answer all of my questions. He responded quickly and it was great working with him. Everything on the project went as planned and Ever and his crew were professional and kept us updated each day during the build. I'm so glad I listened to his recommendations, because my patio came out better than I ever envisioned it. And to top it all off, Ever helped set up new soil and seed for my lawn not just around my patio where they were working, but in some other spots that he didn't need to do! Ever and his team installed a new retaining wall around a newly installed central air conditioning unit. The wall looks great and was completed very quickly. And they also power-washed a patio and added new polymeric sand. That looks great too and it's the first time I've had the sand added and not had it go all over my lawn and rock beds. Very clean and well done. He and his team were very professional and are clearly skilled in these areas. I would recommend his team highly.

Working with Ever and his team was an excellent experience from start to finish. They did a fantastic job constructing a retaining wall and a patio for us, and they completed the entire effort quickly and efficiently, leaving the work area clean every day after they finished. Ever's communication and responsiveness were superb, always keeping me apprised of progress on the project and smaller design decisions along the way. I gathered 3 estimates for the work and Ever's pricing was incredibly competitive. I honestly could not be happier with the finished results and look forward to working with them on the next project!

Ever and his crew did an outstanding job of constructing a retaining wall for my garden and removing my outdoor fireplace. He returned my call immediately and came to my house for an estimate within a few days. The price was very reasonable, so I hired him. His crew showed up at the agreed upon time and worked very hard all day. The wall was completed in one day, with Ever checking in with me to insure that I was satisfied with the way things were going. It looks great. The fireplace was completely removed. It was a pleasure working with them and I will use them for my next project.
