Ever and his team did an outstanding job creating and installing our new patio. The patio is perfect and I can't speak highly enough of their work. They got the job done in 3 days and ahead of schedule. The entire process was pleasant, Ever is very responsive and I never felt like I was left hanging or out of the loop with the project.

The team did not leave any trash or mess, they left the earth that was moved around the patio with grass seed, which I thought was very nice. We hired 4 Ever Patios to install an ~250 square foot paver patio. From our initial contact what stood out was the communication. I have hired various contractors for different projects throughout the years and Ever has the best communication of anyone I have ever worked with. We spoke frequently and he addressed all our questions and concerns. He planned ahead for poor weather and gave frequent updates. The finished product and quality of work was fantastic. I would hire him again and highly recommend for anyone looking to have a paver patio installed.

We hired Ever for a small patio in our backyard last November. We solicited a couple quotes, and went with his, as we appreciated his professionalism and felt we could trust him to do it right. We were really pleased we did! He scheduled the job and the patio was complete in two days. After the winter it's evident the patio was very well installed - no puddles! The grass seed from November didn't established, but Ever returned last week to lay additional topsoil and grass seed. I recommend 4 Ever Patio without hesitation!

Ever and his crew did an exceptional job of replacing some steps and building a patio off my backdoor. It was a small job, but Ever took it seriously, promptly replying to my request and quickly scheduling a visit to see my project. I needed old brick/concrete steps replaced and wanted a small patio to level the surrounding ground. Ever installed two granite steps and a 10X10 patio. He completed the project on schedule and had no cost overruns. It looks amazing, wish I had done it years ago. I absolutely recommend Ever if you are considering any hardscape work.

Working with Ever at 4Ever Patio was an amazing experience from start to finish.

I cold-called Ever to ask about tearing down an old deck and installing a new patio. He came over that same night to check out the yard. Our space has tricky elevation issues, but he walked through the challenges, created a design, and sent me a quote the next day. He even came by two more times to revise the plan. Ever was incredibly collaborative, never presented a challenge without a solution he already thought through, and was overall a pleasure to work with. To do my due diligence, I called another two contractors to review the plan and quote. By comparison, other contractors treated my request for quote as a nuisance, focusing on the challenges and problems I would have. Not once in the process with Ever did he show anything other than positivity and creativity with how to overcome different issues with the design.

Once we locked in the design, I got a call from Ever asking if he could start about three weeks early. I had made a comment early in the process that I really wanted the patio done for my daughter's birthday party. Ever knew this and made sure not only would it be done it time, but way ahead of schedule.

He and his crew showed up on time every day, worked tirelessly (even in the extreme heat), and were incredibly respectful of our home, yard, kids, and dog. Ever communicated constantly, confirmed every detail before moving forward, and stayed transparent about costs—no upselling, ever. His pricing was more than fair and clearly explained. Again, I want to highlight that he not only never up-selled, but would give different options with different price points. At no point did I feel any judgement to go one way or another regardless of price / savings. More so, when I did want to add additional scope, Ever would work with me on the price, even going so far as to cover some cost of material that he already had in his shop.

He finished right when he said he would, and the final result blew us away. The workmanship is incredible, and our yard looks better than we ever imagined. We’re already planning future landscaping projects—and we’ll go straight to Ever for the job.

These landscaping / hardscaping jobs are always a very expensive investments, which could create some anxiety when going through the process. Ever treated this entire process with consummate professionalism and made us feel comfortable from start to finish. I cannot recommend him and his company highly enough for any hardscaping / landscaping project!

Ever was very knowledgeable about how to best design and install based on our specific location, drainage, and incline. All pricing was reasonable and well communicated. The team worked very quickly to get us exactly what we were looking for. They even went above and beyond to use the displaced dirt from patio installation to level a large section of our yard so we have more usable space.
