I had very valuable earrings and a ring stolen by The Maids- Marlborough. Jim, the owner, would not allow his insurance to cover the theft even though it was apparent who the thief was and the police had been notified, etc. He basically used the excuse that the worker could not be understood and could not speak English and he stands by his employees. You cannot trust the workers or the owner of this company. I had obtained a Certificate of Insurance from this company before hiring them but in the end that made no difference because the owner simply refuses to believe his employees could do anything wrong. Pathetic. She actually went into my dresser drawer to find the jewelry. Don't make the same mistake I did. Stay away from this business.

The Maids were here today to clean and sanitize a rental property. This visit.they reached perfection. Every inch sparkles and shines and it smells so refreshing. Not our first rodeo. The Maids are the best!

Move-in cleaning service was terrible.
Stove, microwave etc. the kitten area was still oily and dirty after the service. inside a cabinet was very dusty. I had to clean all over again by myself. And I sent “The maids” an email about the situation but I never heard them back. My opinion about the service was totally ignored.

I couldn’t be happier with the deep clean we received from The Maids this week. We have a newborn and have not been able to keep up with housework let alone the deep cleaning our house needed. The place looks amazing. I feel so much better! Thank you so much!

OMG!!! There should be more stars as these ladies worked every minute while in our new house! The attention to detail was incredible; not a single space/corner/nook or cranny escaped their cloth. We were amazed that they brought their own ladders to clean on top of the cabinets and all windows/door frames. We have had cleaning services previously and none compare to The Maids!!! scammed my mother after i got out of the hospital. i got out of the hospital for asthma and my mother offered to have my place professionally cleaned. they showed up with like 6 people and offered a 4 hour rate and a day rate. i had them take 4 hours and told them they didn't even have to do like half the rooms in my apartment or the outside areas because i have roommates. they charged my mother a full 700$ for the half day and half the rooms and their actual service and cleaning was mediocre at best.
