A fantastic experience. I’m a neat freak with no time and my home needed some help. Sue was wonderful and professional. The 4 ladies who came to the house did fantastic work and were lovely humans. I’m happy to be developing a professional relationship with them!

Outstanding cleaning service! I cannot say enough great words regarding my experience with The Maids. The cleaning team the company sent to my home was hard working and efficient. We have wood cabinets in our kitchen which are 20 years old and showing their age/dirt with so much use, we were going to replace them. The Maids team cleaned them so well we are not going to replace the cabinets as they look brand new! I will be using their service again!

I have been a happy client of The Maids for 12 years. The care and personal attention they brought into my home was fantastic. Update in response to the owner response, I spoke with one of your team members right after I moved in to our home and they were able to locate the original clean and we even able to quote me exactly what was supposed to be cleaned. The problem with your offer to "make it right" is I have already moved out, the new family is already in the home and my previous landlord already complained about the cleanliness of the appliances. As for the quote being on the lower end, when we got the call, the new price was going to be $730, we were originally quoted $450-630. Please please let me know how $730 was on the very low end of the quote? Also I did actually reach out to Sue to let her know my landlord complained about the cleaning and never received a response.

I have used the maids 2x the first time was a cleaning before my husband got home from a deployment, they gave me a fair priced quote but when they get to my home the price jumped almost double, this happened both times I used them as well. The second time I used them was for a move out cleaning, again the quote quickly doubled, they made false claims about tons of dog hair, I went back to the house and found dig hair in one small closet they didn't even clean. I vacuumed the entire home before they got there to get rid of all the excess hair. In the end my landlord still complained about the microwave being dirty and the windows not being cleaned. The previous tenants also used the maids for their move out cleaning and the house was absolutely gross when we moved in, junk all over the walls, the fridge had rotten watermelon in it. Overall I would not recommend them. I did reach out to them about the complaints about the microwave and nothing was done by them.

The Maids are my go to company for our home. They continually exceed our expectations. Prior to a service they even ask which cleaning chemicals are allowed in our home! Their attention to detail is second to none. The communication with Erica for scheduling and choosing which services we need is so easy and precise. Highly recommend!

Between not having a deep clean when we moved in and then lots of contractor work up until recently, the thought of spending 3 days to clean was daunting. They accomplished a deep clean in 3 hours. 1 hour and 20 minutes. $375.00. They don’t detail at all, just give everything a once over. We gave them a go. But we will be using another service we tried for the long term. Overpriced.

I am not one usually to post reviews but I certainly am one to look at them when selecting any sort of service like this. Had my first experience with the Maids today and could not be more pleased or impressed with the work that was done. My home was in desperate need of a deep clean. Read through reviews for what seemed like endless cleaning companies and ended up here and am so glad I did. The crew showed up right on time and came prepared with all the necessary supplies. Did a walk through of what I wanted done and off they went. I am extremely picky and they accommodated every single request. My house was spotless after they finished and I cannot stress enough that if there is any question on who to use that they are hands down the best out there. Price was more than reasonable for the amount of time they were here and every inch of my home they cleaned. Will absolutely be a repeat customer!

The team did a fantastic job on a first-time deep clean of our home today. Super thorough and meticulous. They even cleaned my boyfriend’s [grimy] stove that I am pretty sure has never, ever, ever been cleaned during the past 8 years that he’s lived here. The team was also very punctual and polite, and made sure to do a complete walkthrough with me at the end to be sure I was satisfied.

We were delighted to work with the Blue team with the Maids. We had a quick timeline for cleaning an entire house as we prepare to sell it. They squeezed us into their schedule, and did an outstanding job of deep cleaning the whole house: appliances, bathrooms, drawers, cupboards, floors etc. I highly recommend them!

I will start with this: the apartment is clean. However, the communication issues were enough of a nightmare that I would only use this company again as a last resort.

After I filled out the web form asking for a quote for a move-out cleaning, I received six "Do you still need a quote?" emails and texts before anyone actually got back to me with a quote. It took a week to confirm the quote and the date and several more days to confirm that I did not need to be physically present for the cleaning.

I was then given the address for the wrong office. I pointed this out and was given the correct address. I was told I could drop the key off at the office. I was given multiple incorrect instructions of where and when to drop off the key resulting in three unnecessary 1.5-hour round trips. In the end I was not able to give the key directly to The Maids at all and had to leave it unsecured outside the apartment.

Fantastic experience with the cleaning! Apartment has never been felt so fresh, cleaners were extremely friendly and hardworking.

Some slight confusion with admin/overhead but sorted it out quickly. Overall very pleased and will be having the team back regularly.

Couldn’t believe how perfect my house looked after The Maids cleaned my home. With multiple little kids, crumbs can get everywhere so easily and you would never know kids even lived here after they were here! I booked a one time deep clean the first time but they will be coming every other week now! So refreshing to have a reliable cleaning company.

Suelen’s team always does a fantastic job!! Upon my first visit, she came to see my space and give a free estimate. I’ve now had her team come 4 times for cleaning services, and each time they’ve done an amazing job with my large apartment. They are respectful of the space, listen to my concerns and needs, and provide a flawless cleaning job each time. Prior to each job, Suelen confirms what I want done, asks about extras, and offers anything extra that’s needed. The toilet paper and paper towels are always folded with a cute sticker, the pillows are always fluffed to perfection, and my home smells clean and fresh.
