I have used this cleaning service multiple times and always had a great experience. The apartment looks spotless and the staff are extremely respectful and communicative.

I wish I could’ve used them due to the great reviews and supporting a local business. I live in the same complex as them and scheduled an estimate for this morning. It was confirmed via the online system and no one showed nor reached out. Later, I got a text with questions that would have been answered at an estimate. They did not communicate beforehand or initially that they missed the appointment or were running late. It’s not professional to no show and not reach out. They lost my business.

This was our first professional deep clean in years, and the team was on time, friendly, and worked really hard to unearth our house from all the dust, pollen, and dog hair covering every inch of it. We were amazed by the results and already feel lighter and inspired to keep everything the way they left it!

I requested cleaning for a one-bedroom apartment. The owner replied the price range would be between $150-200 depending on the "square foot and cleaning." He proceeds to schedule a cleaning at 8am on a Monday morning.

His crew arrives at 7:35 and doesn't call me even though I provided my mobile number with the address. I asked for clarification on the pricing BEFORE they begin working. They don't even speak any English and we try using an app to translate.

The owner then texts me saying $200, but he's never even seen my unit. He claimed the higher price was for "move-in deep cleaning."

I never asked for "deep cleaning" since the unit was already cleaned before I moved in. When I refused service, the owner begins texting with defensive excuses and said I should have "negotiated" the price. Really?

Arbitrary pricing always feels like a scam.

We have been using Sparkle cleaners over 1.5 years. We are very happy with their cleaning. The team is great and friendly. Scheduling and response are relatively slow.

Sparkle Cleaning group, Igor, Rosemeire and the staff were extremely responsive and were able to complete a same day appointment and cleaning. The house was so clean and dusted perfectly. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a cleaning!

The worst cleaning company ever. Terrible experience, I would not recommend them to anyone.

I hired the Sparkle cleaning company two months ago for concurrent cleaning. I scheduled the first cleaning for Thursday at 1 pm, and they arrived one hour late. They didn't even give me a call or text about being late.
For the second cleaning, appointment they were 3 hours and 30 minutes late. Again, no calls or text . I had to text and call them every 30 minutes to get updates about when they would be arriving. The response from the owner, Igore was that the crew would be here in 30 mins, and finally they came after a long 3 hour and 30 minutes. Can you believe it! I had to cancel my dental appointment due to the delay. This company has no courtesy , and no customer service. They don't care about the customers' inconvenience at all. They were cleaning my house until 7:15 pm, our dinner time.
On the third cleaning appointment, again they were 2 hours late. As usual, no calls or text. I had to call them and check in, and of course it was the same old response from the owner. It was scheduled for 1 pm and they showed up at 3:30. When they came, it was only two people. I asked them to bring more people to speed it up so they don't have to be at my house until like 7pm like last time and so I could take my kids out.
After the third cleaning I got a text from the owner saying that they are cancelling all of my appointments because they got another big cleaning project so they cannot do my house anymore.
This is incredibly rude and they don't have any commitment to their customers. I have worked with a couple of cleaning companies but never had an experience this bad before. These people hve no courtesy , I don't know where they are getting all these five star reviews.
I texted them back saying that If they cant come on Thursdays, I'm fine to change to another day . I tried to accommodate them to my schedule because I don't want to do the hunt for cleaners again. I never got a text back. Very unprofessional !!
I was about to recommend them to two of my friends, luckily I didn't.

I am very happy with their cleaning services and they have a fair price. They clean our house monthly and are so easy, responsive and professional. Especially the owner, Rosemeire makes sure that every inch of the house is cleaned properly. I really like them.

10/10 recommend!! The girls are so quick, meticulous, and my apartment feels and smells like a luxury hotel now. They go above and beyond (moving furniture to get behind everything, cleaned the stove, moved the fridge, cleaned my deck, etc.) they even asked if I wanted the inside of my fridge cleaned but I politely declined. I will definitely be using them as my designated cleaning service.

My mom and dad recommended sparkle cleaning to us and we are so glad they did. Each time they come they have been on time, professional and beyond thorough. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good cleaning service.

Today the ladies cleaned my apartment much more thoroughly than I anticipated. Even the windows!! Plus putting extra details like a professional tape over the scrubbed toilet - like being in a luxury hotel. They were clearly dependable and trust worthy. Arrived right at the arranged time. Quite thorough and intentional. A very good experience. I welcome having them come often!!

We had an emergency situation in our family . Igor sent the cleaning crew within hours of our request. They were very polite, professional and did an excellent job cleaning our house. Thank you so much.

Rose and her crew are FABULOUS! I’ve been using Sparkle for many years now. Their work is excellent, their flexibility has always been superb, they’re always responsive, they’re a great value, AND they’re trustworthy! I would recommend them for all types of cleaning services.
