Thorough and Careful cleaning - hard workers - everything shined when they left.

Cleaning Angels having been bringing sanity to my life for nearly 8 years. They do a thorough job cleaning my 3 bedroom and during the pandemic were responsive to our requests to mask while cleaning because we had an infant (or two). They've done both regular cleanings (every two weeks) and deep cleans at different points over the years and did a fantastic job with both.

I'm a small business owner, managing a build out/renovation project on a retail style store. About 1500 sq ft. I've encountered so many challenges working with contractors along the way. Jennifer and Cleaning Angels has easily been the most seamless relationship I've had with a contractor so far. They're punctual, professional and provide high quality work and consistent communication along the way. I could not be more satisfied with my experience

Cleaning Angels deep cleaned our home this week ; on short notice, and what an amazing job they did for us. We had our family coming home to visit and wanted everything to be just right to welcome them. We had prayed, interviewed, and been looking for a good cleaning company for some time, and we found what we were looking for in this company and their people.
Jennifer’s Cleaning Angels team is one of the top consumer and customer care experiences we have ever had; we never expected to find a company that has a business model like this one. Maria and her teammate arrived on time, with a wonderful good morning greeting, followed by a brief walk through to learn the approach and products they would be using to clean several high end fixtures in our home; they were ready with the answer I hoped to hear. They worked systematically to detail every room. Furniture was moved, doors and baseboards wiped down, ceiling line was traversed for cobwebs, curtains were drawn back and wooden rods were carefully wiped, all the window trim was wiped down. Rugs were thoroughly vacuumed with our Miele canister vacuum; as we opted for own vacuum to be used to clean our home. The kitchen and bathrooms were all sparkling clean, and of course glass was cleaned everywhere (we did not hire the full window option, but I’m sure the cleaning there would be excellent quality as well) Our tile and hardwood flooring look and feel just great underfoot. The furniture finishes after they cleaned and dusted looks like the wood has a soft natural glow to it. They thoughtfully and creatively placed the furniture throws and pillows. And of course our home had a wonderful clean fresh scent when all was completed. Before leaving, Maria asked me to look at their work, and if anything was missed or not as I hoped, she wanted to take care of it for us right away. The service provided by Cleaning Angels was so professional in every way. Jennifer Macedo who owns the company followed up to be sure all went smoothly. I know Cleaning Angels cares about me as their customer and is a company that is working to build long term relationships with their customers. I would recommend them without any hesitation. We look forward to being satisfied customers of Cleaning Angels for a long time.

We couldn’t be happier with the services! We had a deep clean of our whole house. Something I’ve been wanting to do myself for too long and finally admitted it wasn’t going to happen without help. Cleaning Angels were incredible!! Our home is spotless now and I feel like I can relax and enjoy my family and this summer without feeling like I’m neglecting the house.

We have used Cleaning Angels for over 2 years at our home in Natick. The team of two that comes to clean our home is prompt, they are warm and friendly while also being diligent to cleaning in a timely manner. The quality of the clean has always been consistent as well. I like that we can also pick the types of cleaning supplies to use for our home, and make available once the team arrives. Given our busy schedules these days, we’re very glad to have a bi-weekly clean of our home to make sure high traffic areas like wood floors, bedrooms, and bathrooms (and more) are kept in good shape.

Hiring cleaning angels to clean my house has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! I’ve always been weary of having somebody else clean my house, but I will say that I have been nothing short of impressed every time they have entered my house. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Cleaning Angels are true angels. Francieli and her partner ( sorry I didn't get her name) did a meticulous cleaning job. Im so happy to have my real kitchen shine through. They even did small touches like moving my livingroom couch and chair to make for a cozier sitting area. Francieli said she loves what she does because she knows how happy people are when they see the results.

We contacted them 2 years ago when we purchased our new home and it was left in a horrendous condition. They came to our rescue and spent almost 12 hours scrubbing the entire place the day before we were to move our things in! Went completely above and beyond! We have been using them ever sense, and they are still just as amazing.

The Cleaning Angels are truly miracle workers! We had a deep clean done recently and our home is just sparkling from top to bottom. I am so impressed with how thorough the cleaners were. I called cleaning angels to get my father house ready for sale after he passed away and not only could they accommodate a quick time frame but they also did a magnificent job. When I walked into the home at the end of the day it was like walking into a new home. 10/10 would recommend their services!

Requested spring cleaning with windows. AMAZING job!!!!! They cleaned every corner, top to bottom, even turning the couch over to get under (not easy given that it’s a power recliner). Efficient team all around. I have been with this company for years and am very happy with Cleaning Angels. Another team member came and did the windows - so thankful because I can’t clean them as well as they did - screens, sills, glass inside and out. Very happy!!
