Working with the team from NT General Services was great. I had them out to clean my gutters and do some repair work.
They were easy to schedule, showed up on time, explained what was going on, and did good work.
I'm definitely hiring them again for other work.

Great experience. They were super quick to respond with a quote and came 2 days later for service. I paid exactly what I was quoted (which was a very reasonable price). I will definitely be using them moving forward and will be recommending to others.

These guys were great. They got back to me the same day I sent them a message through Thumbtack. They gave me a very quick quote that was reasonable for a two-story home. They also found out why my gutters were always getting clogged and for a very good price came back the next week to fix that problem (it was caused by terrible work done by the people who install the gutters in the first place).

The two workers showed up at our home on time, we’re courteous and helpful in explaining what they were about to do (gutter cleaning), and quickly set to work. The process was quick and well done, and cleanup was fast. An excellent job at a reasonable price. Couldn’t have been better!

They did such a great job...not only cleaned the gutters which haven't been cleaned in years, but also cleaned the tree debris on the roof. They came when they said they would and a very professional service at a reasonable price. Will use them again for sure!

They’re providing an excellent service. I needed a pressure power wash for the house siding and the deck. They were very fast to respond and next day they started the cleaning. The house looks great and smells perfect after the treatment. Thiago was super helpful and professional.

This is easily a 5* company. Fast quote, clear/ pleasant/ professional communication by the office, competitively priced, workers protected & insured, a super job of gutter & window cleaning, & they gave me the before & after pics when I asked! I had gotten 3 other quotes along with theirs.
They don't just throw the gutter junk on the grounds, they collect it into a pail & brought it to the woods. My last gutter cleaning person threw it on the ground, which I had to pick up & throw away afterwards.
The father/son team were very conscientious of not slamming the ladders into the gutters/ roof/ side of house while they moved the ladders laterally along. We had gotten new roof, gutters & siding 2 yrs ago. We've had other folks working who've slammed the ladders to the side of the house. They even blew the leaves off my metal roof. They go the extra mile.
I was very appreciative of NT General Services' high attention to detail. They cleaned my big picture window outside & inside, dusted the sills, & wiped the PVC white trim molding on the outside also. They were careful to walk on my metal porch roof with rubber soled shoes (I told them this in advance) & not dent it. They took their shoes off inside, even though I told them they didn't need to. They're eco friendly w clean microfiber cloths & no paper towel use. And no window streaks! It's like we have no window there now. They were done in 1.5 hrs.
This is a family business & local to Metrowest/ Central MA/ Rt 495/ Rt90/ Rt9/ Rt128 area. So glad I found them & will definitely use them again.
