I was pleasantly surprised when I saw how clean the rugs came out. They had some pretty bad stains that Val was able to remove! Thank you very much for cleaning the rug you were hired to do and then the two extra ones that you made time for. I will definitely recommend you to whoever needs a rug cleaned!

I’ve never used Stanley Steemer before, but I have a 25 year-old area rug that has never been professionally cleaned and it was starting to smell. So I called them for the area rug and two runner rugs, booked an appointment and was given a $25 coupon for first time customers which was nice. The two guys showed during the designated time window. They set up, cleaned the rugs and were gone within a half hour. Very friendly and great service. Would use them again.

The rug and grout cleaning was fantastic!! I highly recommend Lorne and Nathan from Stanley Steamer. The rug looks new and the team was courteous and thorough.

Very well done, professional and polite. I will say for the $400 I paid to clean upholstery I kinda expected more. Before and after pics added. I am very happy though, but they cannot perform miracles first 3 pics are before last 3 after. You decide for $400

The technicians who can were very nice and seemed knowledgeable. We had two services completed. Sofa cleaning went off without a hitch. My cream sofa looks great.
I was told that the cleaning of the dryer vent (which desperately needed cleaning) seemed to go well also. Unfortunately, I wish I had gone outside prior to the technicians leaving. I was not told that during the procedure, my outside deter vent was broken. I went out for a walk later in the day and the photo below us what I saw. Now I find myself looking for someone to replace/repair the vent…

Ethan was extraordinary, in his friendly personality, honesty & quality of work! We booked a cleaning of a 20 year old chair with many stains. He was very clear they probably wouldn't come out, that he would do whatever he could, but if we'd rather save the money he wouldn't even charge for the visit! We agreed to have him clean and sanitize it. He worked hard and actually removed several stains! It looks and smells great! He taught us what to do and what not to do when we spill things, and how to save money.

Stanley Steemer steam-cleaned furniture and washed floors in our home. Our home is brighter and it feels great. Not only did we have rugs, throw rugs, sofas, dining room, chairs, cleaned, but they also cleaned dusty stairwell steps and hardwood floors.
