The team at LJM are attentive, fair and reasonable guys. I personally worked with Dave on our patio project in the spring of 2024 and he ensured that we had quality customer service the entire way. Mike, the owner also came out to check on the project a few times which I thought was above and beyond! For any hardscape, wall, brick laying project --- LJM's team was amazing and handled our property wich such care and attention. I couldn't recommend them more!

They were the really the first professional landscaper that we had used. I was very unhappy with the work. I was very unhappy with the employees. I found that there was a lot of attitude there that I have never had from my new landscaper. I was extremely dissatisfied with the whole experience. I thought the employees with snippy and one guy was laughing at me when I said something. I was just very very unhappy with that experience and we never used another professional landscaper for the longest time because of our experience with J Michael landscaping. If I had to work again with them, which I would never do. I just found that the whole experience really soured me on professional landscapers. They were also expensive.

These guys did an amazing job with my walking path and stone wall. They did both the front & back of the house, and were professional with every aspect of the hardscape project. The stone and materials were high-quality and the project was completed on time. Highly recommend Landscaping by J. Michael!

Corbo Construction ran a tight job. Everything lined up the way they said it would, timing, materials, and communication were all on point. You can tell they actually coordinate behind the scenes, not just talk about it. Clean work, no wasted time, and no loose ends at the end.

Chris is a professional, and awesome to deal with. The quality of his work is excellent!

Highly recommend. Chris renovated our kitchen and primary bedroom/bath. His craftsmanship is exceptional and his team is talented, professional, and reliable.

Absolutely horrible They came 4 times charged me for all new parts nothing worked.They said they would reimburse us never did Even after 3 phone calls to remind them. I would never recommend or use them again, If Mulligan reads this I'm still waiting for my money!!!!

I had a minor issue with my dryer and Mike happened to be at one of my neighbors. As he was driving by I asked him about it. He came inside to take a look at it and fixed it on the spot! Best service I could ask for!

I appreciate them making a quick appointment to diagnose a problem with my fridge so it could be fixed for our housewarming party, however, but its been over 2 weeks waiting for a valve, that upon researching does not take 2 weeks to deliver, haven’t heard a single word from the company, and the fridge will not be fixed in time for the party. I prefer to hire local businesses but will be going to a more branded company for repairs.

What a scam - a kid was in the house for 24 minutes and told me what I already knew... LG system, replace the entire fridge. $134 for that. Comes to $335 per hour. They should be ashamed of themselves. Maybe the higher cost is due to an "emergency visit"? I don't think so, however, since the call was made Tuesday and the visit happened Friday. Not great response time for an emergency. Stay away if you value your money

This is the best appliance repair service ever. They are timely, knowledgeable and professional. My dishwasher would not drain and they were at my home first thing Monday. They repaired the control panel after GE appliance repair was unsuccessful and stood me up after two scheduled service calls. They also have serviced my washer and dryer. I highly recommend and their pricing is fair!

Mulligan Appliance tech Joe worked on a difficult repair on our Samsung refrigerator. It took three visits and lots of parts to get it right - no fault of his. He stuck to it, always showed up when promised and got it fixed. I will use Mulligan if I have an appliance problem and would recommend them to a friend.

We’ve used Mulligan a few times for different appliances. Always prompt and made the repair for a fair price. Repair people are informative and offer good advice.

Mason from Mulligan appliance came out and was able to fix my washing machine AND identify a problem with my dishwasher in the same visit. He was smart, helpful, and explained everything. I am thrilled with the customer experience he provided and will be requesting him for my next appointment.

My central air wasn't working so I called and left a message in the evening. I got a call back the next morning and was told they were very busy and that it would be a few days before they could take a look.On Friday morning the service man arrived and discovered that my compressor was shot. He explained that he could replace the compressor, but that my condensing unit was along in years and he suggested that it be replaced. I heard that this company has a good reputation so I asked if they could order one and how soon it could be replaced. He told me he may have one in stock and that I may have to wait until Tuesday since Monday was a holiday. I got a call back Friday and was informed that they may be able to fit me into their schedule for Saturday. I was thrilled when they called me Saturday morning to say they could get here in 30 minutes. Two very well-mannered service men arrived to do the repairs. I am very pleased with their performance and the results. I'm waiting for more hot weather so I can give the system a full test. I was assured that if there were any issues to call them back and let them know. I highly recommend this company for all types of repairs.

Had a problem with our dryer not heating up. So we called Mulligan Appliance. They came right out and diagnosed and fixed it. Mr. Mulligan gave us some great advice to replace a worn out belt, saving us time and money by not having to make another service call down the road, and also to make both the washer and dryer work more efficiently by moving them to a better position away from the laundry room wall. Service is excellent. I highly recommend for your appliance repair needs.

In the year 2020 The timer on my oven was broken I couldn't clean the glass without someone taking the oven apart and the Turkey basting had dripped all over the place. A kid Came and looked at it it was during
COVID And he said he was gonna write an estimate sitting in the truck he sat out there for about half an hour while I waited for him came in and told me it would cost a $1000 to repair never Took the glass apart so I could clean it and wrote me a bill for a $100 for the service call. Well the oven has been working well the timer issue worked itself out but I still can't get the glass apart to clean it Mulligan if you feel like you owe me something for my $100 give me a call

I hesitate to write a review because it may take away from the outstanding service that we have received. Mulligan Appliance is nothing short of fantastic. We had our refrigerator go south on us and I called them in the middle of the day to see if there was anything they could do. A technician was at my house by 3:00 pm to diagnose the problem and report it in. Finding out it was an emergency Mr. Mulligan came out himself and re-charged the refrigerator after hours to carry us through until the parts came in. They have come back and re-charged it on the same day on one more occasion when I called and will be repairing it for good when they get their parts shipment. With a refrigerator full of Holiday leftovers we could not be more grateful for this type of attention. Will never use anyone else for any sort of appliance repair. Mulligan Appliance has our thanks and highest recommendations!!
