The team at American Clean Air was great. From the office (Tara Lee) to the owner to the technician Steve who resolved the issue at the house. Steve explained everything, understood the issue and corrected the problem in an efficient and very timely manner. I highly recommend American Clean Air.

We were having allergy issues this winter after a bathroom renovation, so we explored options for cleaning and sealing our ducts, hoping to improve that. Received quotes from 3 companies, ultimately landed on American Clean Air.

What a great experience! Quote came fast, easy to work with, and reasonable price. One company we spoke with quoted double the cost. And the technican was incredible! Went way above and beyond what we could have expected. Here are the details...

Steve was our primary technician, and he was amazingly helpful. When he checked out our HVAC and vent situation, he immediately reduced our cost by letting us know one of the services we had scheduled wasn't needed in our situation.

We also have the loudest heat pump/furnace hybrid -- obnoxiously loud. He recognized the main issue right away, provided improvement, and then figured out a way to further reduce the noise when they came back to clean the vents. Only charged us $100 for all that additional help and support. We paid a fancy HVAC company a lot of money to install that system, and even though we asked about noise reduction, they came up with nothing. Steve knew what to do in about 5 minutes. None of the other duct cleaning people we spoke with had any suggestions in this area for us.

And the cleaning seems to have improved our allergies. Thank you American Clean Air! If you continue with this level of service and expertise, you have gained a life-long customer!

I needed help with a dryer issue as I was not quite sure if it was a vent issue or a dryer malfunction.
I called American clean air after my handyman suggested them and they sent Steve out within 20 minutes!!! Lucky me...
Steve was such a professional and a delightful person. I learned a lot from him. He was able to fix the dryer vent that the previous duct cleaner put in 1 week ago and he cleaned my dryer vent . It was not easy as he had to crawl up into my attic.
Once he finished the venting issue I still had a problem with my SMART dryer..Steve to the rescue!!!
He noted the smart function had the steam option on . This is why I had a wet dryer drum inside ..Who knew!
Somehow this button got activated without my knowledge but Steve caught it . Lucky for me.

Steve and Nick did a fantastic job today! They came right on time, thoroughly cleaned my hard to reach vent and left everything in great shape! They took the time to talk with me about what was going on with the vent and kept me informed of what they were doing to reach all of the built up lint. They were both very pleasant and professional—I’ll be scheduling with them again!
