We had a wonderful experience with American clean air! They listened to all our extra concerns and made sure everything we were worried about was taken care of. A team of 4 amazing staff members took a full day at our house (9 1/2 hours!). They were hustling all day and made a point to check in with us to make sure we were satisfied with everything. They were respectful, clean, professional and extremely thorough. They literally addressed every vent in our house (even some that a prior company missed!) would highly recommend this company! Everyone on the team from Lindsay in the office to the team that came out, Steve, Dan, Nick and Ryan, were great and very professional! We appreciate all their hard work!

End of July they came out and cleaned my air ducts. They were very careful of my house and even had on paper booties. It took a few hours they seemed very thorough. I have a very small house. They even checked the truck for cats before leaving. Ours and other neighborhood cats. No complaints. I was very Happy. House defiantly smelt cleaner when they were done.

Steve and Nick did an incredible job. They were friendly, professional and fast. I highly recommend them.

American Clean Air Recommended by George Washington Toma Appliances in Weymouth MA. . Steve & Dan came today to clean out my 2nd floor dryer vent. Lindsay set up spot at convenient time that worked for me. They gave me 2 hour window 2-4 pm arrival and were at my door at 2pm smiling and introducing themselves very professionally. They did great job cleaned up after themselves and are sending dryer vent images via email. Highly recommend without reservation!

Steve was on time, explained what the issue was and why I was having it, took care of everything for me in an extremely professional way. No mess left behind. Highly recommend American Clean Air.

Steve, Dan, Nick and Lindsay were the best subcontracting team I have dealt with in my long construction career. Efficient, thorough, very clean: they were in every part of the house for nearly 6 hours cleaning the ductwork. When they left, one would not know they had been here. Professional and courteous, I can not recommend them highly enough.

Dan and Cam did an excellent job and went above and beyond by putting a better connection between my dryer and the vent pipe. Friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything they were doing. Very happy with the service and experience. Setting up the appointment with Lindsey was very easy, she was communicative and the crew arrived a little early, which was communicated and appreciated. Dan and Steve came to clean our air ducts this week. They were timely, thorough, professional and excellent communicators. They did a great job. We will use them again and recommend to people.

Dan and Nick came to clean our heating system vents and they did a phenomenal job. Our house is a "flipped house" and just from what we could see in the vents it looked like all the construction materials fell down into the vents and never got cleaned. They sealed off all the vents so everything didn't come back into our home, patched up where they accessed the vents (couldn't even tell where they went in) and they even vacuumed up the floor after they were done! Highly recommend!

I was really impressed with the service I got from American Clean Air. The two technicians (Steve and Dan) who came out arrived within the timeframe I was told, & were very polite and professional. They were respectful of my home and did a through clean up after the job was done.
I live in an older house and the dryer is tucked away in an enclosed space which made their job a little more tricky. Instead of getting frustrated, they took it on as a challenge and did a very thorough job. They showed me the old broken vent line and gave me a couple alternatives as to how to fix, including the pricing for each solution and left the decision to me. Even though it was the end of the day, they didn’t rush or take shortcuts. They did the job right explained everything to me and made sure everything was clean before they left. It was a really great experience and you could tell these guys took a lot of pride in their work which is rare these days. I would definitely use them again & recommend them.

I hired American Clean Air to clean my dryer vent after getting error codes on my dryer. From first call to my service date, the American Clean Air folks were friendly and helpful.

We had them come out to clean dryer vents. It was easy to schedule, our technician Steve was on time, courteous and professional. He took the time to really check everything and fixed a couple of issues I didn't even know we had. Excellent service and value - highly recommend.

We recently had our hardwood floors refinished which left our ducts and vents full of sawdust. We've never had a duct cleaning before and didn't know what to expect. The crew, Steve, Dan, and Nick arrived as scheduled and got right to work. The job took about 5 hours, and they were very thorough and made sure everything was as it should be. They were polite and respectful of the house and explained exactly what they were doing. We can finally run our system without sawdust coming out of the vents.
