Fantastic service! Thank you! Called on Monday for a non-emergency but asked if we could have a person come by this week. The office manager/scheduler was very responsive and helpful! The next day a very capable electrician came, right on time per what was quoted. He was polite, professional, and clearly explained in detail what he needed to do so there were no unanswered questions. It was obvious he triple checked his work to ensure it was done right. Before he left he cleaned up and asked if he could help in any other way. It’s a rare thing these days to see this level of service - repairing vs replacing in order to save on the cost, getting the job done with a high level of efficiency. Highly recommend these folks, they will be my go to moving forward!

Cape Cod Electrical’s work was superb from initial contact to keeping me posted at every step along the way, to completing the work. Nick did an initial overview following a big home flood. He sent Brett and Evan to do the assessment and repairs. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Lynn, the office manger, kept me informed all along the way of scheduling, invoices, and other documentation. Nick was experienced, accessible, informative, and helpful throughout the process. I would use them any time and highly recommend them.

Showed up on time and did everything that needed to be done to satisfy the home inspection so I can sell my Dad's condo. I was kept up to date on what the guys were doing and how much it was going to cost, so there were no surprises. Working with the entire staff at Cape Cod Electrical was great. They took the time to make sure all my equipment was working as it should before they signed off on the job. I would highly recommend them for any and all electrical work.

Installed 60 amp EV charger, 30 amp outdoor portable generator outlet with interlock switch, additional 20 amp circuits and outlets and outdoor motion sensor. Excellent customer service from initial estimate to timely installation. Scheduling technology, communications and payment system made the overall process very efficient. Nick, Matt and the rest of their crew did an outstanding job replacing my 20 year old generator, they were in and out in under 3 hours, cleaned the area and gave me detailed direction and support at the lowest price I could find. They also powered my dock with both 50amp and 30amp service last summer. This project was also done to perfection. If you have any electrical needs, I highly recommend Cape Cod electrical!
